@gzchef You use a shallow pan with water often when cooking #pasta. I love this idea, rather than a large pot, but I find that after the pasta is cooked and I use the pasta water, it is always too salty. My water "tastes like the sea" but curious if large adjustments are made.

Would love to see a #kitchen episode on ways of using both
sous vide and grilling together, if that is even a thing. I love sous vide for my steaks/proteins and can't get close with just grilling. However grilling imparts such flavor. Any ideas? Would love to see them! Thanks!
