@derminio4@racepluscom@Racingnews365 I believe these upgrade will go to the engines that still within allocation limit, i could be wrong though so take it with a pinch of salt. because i don't track stuff like PU element allocations.
@dpratt@formularacers_ Not gonna happen, F1 engine manufacturers said they wanna keep some level of hybrid system. Best you can hope for 2030 is something akin KERS.
@EingeLtrade@formularacers_ Supposedly audi, honda and ferrari wanted to push it back and get the ADUO allowances, plus teams wanna keep as much of this year cars as they can. So little, incremental changes.
@JockGlasgow@Aidan_Millward From how it was explained it only got a benefit of .03 of a second, so i doubt it will have any effect. Plus it was a thing used in practice and quali, not race.
@KianLFC03@autosport Love the tech behind it and racing's pretty good, i agree. On top of cars looking pretty unique (i mean even gen 4 while more conventional still is pretty out there in terms of looks, not to mention AWD how many open seaters will be able to brag about that?)
@lookitsnoire@_Tom_Henderson_ That seems unlikely given guillemont (probably butchered it) family tries to keep control, they killed off talks of sale back in... 2020? Whenever it was, i forgot when those took place.
We're more likely see to see ubisoft go under, rather than sale, is what i'm saying
@ukropinua@_Tom_Henderson_ Delayed due restructuring into them """creative houses""", if i recall tom mentioned fall of 2026 at one point, likely moved to later part of 2027 now. Wouldn't surprise me if ubisoft moves it to 2028 altogether.
