I have to do 2 cases today. So after 2 hour's drive to LA and >14 hours' flight from LA to Shanghai, I arrived my hospital at 7:30 pm. Still need to wait for 1 h since we totally have 15 cases in 1 lab. I started at 8:45 and finished 2 cases (one was LBBP) at 9:50. 😭😭😭

5mm Uni to IS-1 adapter with cut lead cap as insulator turns DF-4 ICD lead into unipolar pacing lead.
