@Abomination81@thsottiaux I did not really fully realize this until very recently and especially by this tweet. I think from consumer relationship perspective, this is not really a goodwill or good-faith thing to do. @thsottiaux What do you think?
@thsottiaux@thsottiaux i am about to confirm what you said above by testing it for the first time with a prototype building task; but the 5 hour limit just left the job hanging there (not sure if it can recover gracefully after reset) and I only did one shot so far …
@SuJinyan6 Totally understandable. The redwoods, coast, mountains, trails, small towns, arts, and diverse communities don’t necessarily come to us. Sometimes we have to intentionally step outside our work and social circles to discover the place we actually live in.
@drfeifei Congrats on the milestone, @drfeifei! Not to diminish it, but I did a quick AI-assisted review of the 60 follower profiles the X UI would allow to inspect: ~30% appeared genuine, ~38% low-quality/inauthentic, and ~32% uncertain. Small sample—just a curious datapoint.
@theo Hope you feel better soon. At least one good thing nowadays is that you can leverage voice to continue your coding work. Speaking of which, it would be great if T3 had STT functionality directly in the UI.
Ran across this Yahoo Finance headline: “$32 million an hour…” Catchy, sure, but it feels like clickbait built around an arbitrary unit.
A better one in my opinion: “Tim Cook Turned One Apple Into Thirteen.”
Still catchy, but the payoff feels earned and thoughtfully crafted.
This undermines the development of resilience and coping skills that are essential for long-term mental health—and may ultimately worsen anxiety rather than reduce it.
@JensenHuang NVIDIA, once famously told Stanford students, “I wish upon you ample doses of pain and suffering.
@theo Tried T3 the first time and it’s great.
Why can Codex connect remotely to my desktop seamlessly from any network, while T3 Code requires Tailscale? Could T3 Code offer a similarly smooth experience without requiring Tailscale?
@thsottiaux Seamless text ↔ live voice switching: Let users switch between typing and live voice at any point in any existing thread.
Of course, we also need “Tibo” on-demand reset button: Make the reset capability a first-class, explicit button that users can invoke whenever they want!!
@rasbt I meant the method details to be included in your educational material. My understanding is that really the crucial part is the secret key and if they have that key, they can do the validation.
@trq212 Thanks for more details, which are very useful. Additionally, I feel that “watermark” is a poor choice from public communication perspective. A better choice is something like “An imperceptible statistical signal that Claude may have helped generate the text”.

Confusing people may make you sound clever. Giving them clarity makes you useful. Don’t ask, “How can I sound smarter?” Ask, “How can I make this easier to understand?”
The smartest people don’t complicate ideas—they clarify them. Not because their ideas are small, but because their understanding is deep. If you truly know something, you can explain it without hiding behind jargon.

Einstein used thought experiments. Steve Jobs said, “1,000 songs in your pocket.” Great leaders turn complexity into a picture people can grasp, remember, and act on.
