Sadly, there is no rating agency for home loan performance of banks. Or if there is any such, common man isn't aware of it. People should know which banks have poor customer service record.

Any request takes more than one month to complete. My LOD request for home loan transfer to other bank hasn't been done even after 45 days from first request.

Final disbursement, top-up loan and now loan transfer. Each took more than 30 days and finally was done only after much escalation with senior management.

@AAI_Official Total chaos at Jodhpur airport. The flights run are more than the airport can handle. Security check is total mess with no social distancing. People coming late for flights though instructed to reach 2 hrs before flight time (mostly Indigo passengers)
