This is Linton Carter, unicef’s Chief Strategic Engagement Officer. Here she is running away from an activist and the family member of kidnapped Israeli children refusing to accept a letter from them or give her name or title.
They were apparently closed on world children’s day even though the head of the office was in the building. Also, it appears that they don’t have a general policy on human decency to just accept a letter and apologize for dismissing the child hostages.
