Friends, it's time to stop forwarding wanna be #tezos bakers to the baking Slack. That place is dead, has no useful guides or links and a 10,000 message history limit to boot.

It's time to welcome people into the Tezos Blockchain Discord by default or give them a help chat bot or something.

I've been manning the baking Slack for 3+ years now and this approach has never worked as a good funnel. Why are we asking people to join a private club that needs an invite? Me and other bakers who're willing to help are available in the Discord now!
