DIPLOMATIC UPDATE USB FOREIGN AFFAIRS

The Director General for Foreign Affairs under the USB Department of State Hon Ada Ezeh, held an extensive meeting at the office of Congress Woman @EleanorNorton .

The USB government has intensified it's awareness on the ongoing genocide against the Biafra citizens by the Nigerian regime. Evidences (images and videos) of these ongoing gross human rights violations were presented to her office. It was made known, that USB has now become the only safe heaven for Biafrans and Christians within the Niger Area.

The Foreign Affairs Director presented the sovereign state of the United States of Biafra as the only alternative for a long lasting peace in the Sahel region, which will facilitate global trade and economic activities with our allies.

It is the responsibility of the USB government to continue educating the Hon congress Men and Women, on the urgent need to familiarize themselves with the plight of Biafra, and also getting their votes ready, ahead of the deliberation on the recognition of the United States of Biafra which is fast approaching.

We must recall that the Article 6 of the 1933 Montevideo Convention States that the recognition of a state merely signifies that the state which recognizes it accepts the personality of the other with all the rights and duties determined by international law. Recognition is unconditional and irrevocable.

Statement of the Government of the United States of Biafra on the "Crime" of being Biafran

The United States of Biafra reaffirming the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, which addresses the individual and collective rights of Indigenous Peoples:

Expresses deep concern about the rise in discrimination, hate speech, stigmatization. racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, against Indigenous People who identify as Biafrans;

Condemning also the increase of cases of intimidation, harassment and reprisals against Biafran human rights defenders and Indigenous leaders, including women;

Recognizing also that Biafran individuals have the rights to life, physical and mental integrity, liberty and security of person, and the collective right of Indigenous Peoples to live in freedom, peace and security, as set out in the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and emphasizing the importance of meaningfully engaging Indigenous Peoples in peace agreement negotiations, transitional justice processes, conflict resolution mediation and constructive arrangements;

Deeply Concerned that members states of the United Nations including Finland, Canada and others have acted upon false information perpetrated by the oppressor state, Nigeria, that indigenous people who identify as Biafrans are engaging in various serious crimes simply for supporting the Biafran cause;

Extremely Concerned by the actions of the Finland government which detained five Biafrans and who continues to hold our Prime Minister, Simon Ekpa, under inhumane conditions involving physical and emotional duress and taking further note of the summary execution of over 200 Biafrans by the Nigerian armed forces based on information supplied by Finland from seized electronic data;
The United States of Biafra gives notice the United Nations, European Union, and all United Nations member states to take note that the crime of being "Biafran" is a violation of basic human rights concocted by the Nigerian regime and that Biafrans are a free and indigenous people who have every right to their identity. freedom, and membership in the community of world nations on an equal footing.
