اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے وزیراعظم نے ملک سے دہشت گردی کے مکمل خاتمہ کے غیر متزلزل عزم کا اعادہ کیا. وزیرِ اعظم نے کہا کہ ملک کی سیاسی وعسکری قیادت مکمل یکسوئی کیساتھ دہشت گردی کے خاتمے کیلئے پرعزم ہے ،آخری فسادی دہشت گردکے خاتمے تک جنگ جاری رہے گی،حکومت تمام دستیاب وسائل بروئے کار لاتے ہوئے پاکستان کو امن، ترقی اور خوشحالی کی راہ پر گامزن کرے گی،دشمن پاکستان کی سفارتی کامیابیوں اور گزشتہ برس معرکہ حق میں حاصل ہونے والی کامیابیوں سے خائف ہے۔

وزیرِ اعظم نے اپنی گفتگو کے دوران کہا کہ گزشتہ چار روز کے دوران بلوچستان میں انتہائی افسوسناک دہشت گردی کے واقعات پیش آئے جن میں پولیس اہلکار، سکیورٹی فورسز کے جوان اور بے گناہ شہری شہید ہوئے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ سکیورٹی فورسز نے مؤثر کارروائیاں کرتے ہوئے 54 دہشت گردوں کو جہنم واصل کیا، دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ اس وقت تک جاری رہے گی جب تک آخری فسادی دہشت گرد کا خاتمہ نہیں ہوجاتا۔

وزیرِ اعظم نے مزید کہا کہ افواج پاکستان، قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں اور پوری قوم نے دہشت گردی کے خلاف بے مثال قربانیاں دی ہیں۔ قوم اپنی بہادر افواج اور سکیورٹی اداروں کے ساتھ کھڑی ہے اور یقین رکھتی ہے کہ ان قربانیوں کے نتیجے میں دہشت گردی کا مکمل خاتمہ ہوگا۔انہوں نے کہا کہ اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ دہشت گردی کے اس فتنے میں پاکستان کے مشرقی ہمسایہ ملک کا بھرپور کردار ہے جو دہشت گردوں کو اسلحہ، مالی معاونت اور دیگر سہولیات فراہم کر رہا ہے۔

گفتگو جاری رکھتے ہوئے وزیرِ اعظم نے کہا کہ افغانستان کی سرزمین استعمال کرتے ہوئے دہشت گرد خیبرپختونخوا اور بلوچستان میں حملے کرتے ہیں، تاہم ریاست ان عناصر کے مذموم عزائم کو ہر صورت ناکام بنائے گی۔ ملک کی سیاسی و عسکری قیادت مکمل یکسوئی کے ساتھ دہشت گردی کے خاتمے کیلئے پرعزم ہیں ،دشمن پاکستان کی سفارتی کامیابیوں اور گزشتہ برس معرکہ حق میں حاصل ہونے والی کامیابیوں سے خائف ہے، اسی لیے وہ مختلف ذرائع سے ملک میں عدم استحکام پیدا کرنے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے، لیکن پاکستان کی سیاسی و عسکری قیادت متحد ہے اور دہشت گردی کے خاتمے کے لیے اپنے عزم پر قائم ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت پاکستان، حکومت بلوچستان اور افواج پاکستان دہشت گردی کے مکمل خاتمے کے لیے تمام وسائل بروئے کار لائیں گے تاکہ ملک کو امن، استحکام اور ترقی کا گہوارہ بنایا جا سکے۔وزیراعظم نے دہشت گردی کے واقعات میں شہید ہونے والوں کو خراج عقیدت پیش کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اللہ تعالی شہدا کے درجات بلند اور جنت الفردوس میں جگہ عطا فرمائے، ان کے لواحقین کو صبرِ جمیل عطا کرے اور زخمیوں کو جلد صحت یاب کرے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ شہداء کی قربانیاں ہرگز رائیگاں نہیں جائیں گی بلکہ یہی قربانیاں پاکستان میں پائیدار امن کی بنیاد بنیں گی۔

Before the US-Iran war, India portrayed itself as Iran’s closest partner, highlighting Chabahar and boasting of an ironclad friendship.

But when Iran came face-to-face with the US and Israel, India deserted Iran. The Iranian warship IRIS DENA was attacked in Indian waters, while Modi visited Israel during the war and referred to it as the “fatherland.”

In contrast, despite immense pressure, Pakistan stood firmly with Iran and played an active role in brokering peace. It was Pakistan that helped turn the Islamabad MoU into a reality.

The funeral ceremonies of Ayatullah Ali Khamenei are scheduled from 6–9 July, with delegations from foreign countries invited to attend.

Pakistan has sent its highest-level delegation, including the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, CDF & COAS, Interior Minister, Bilawal Bhutto and the Chief Minister of Sindh.

While India proudly projects itself as the world’s largest democracy, its democratic credentials are increasingly being questioned. Removal of around 30 million Muslim voters in Uttar Pradesh and approximately 9 million voters in West Bengal from electoral rolls have sparked serious concerns about electoral integrity. If millions of eligible citizens can allegedly be disenfranchised, democracy becomes nothing more than a slogan rather than a reality.

A democracy cannot claim legitimacy while accusations of targeting a particular religious community continue to emerge. Equal citizenship means every eligible voter has an equal voice, regardless of faith or ethnicity. When that principle is undermined, the credibility of the entire democratic system is called into question.

These concerns further reinforce why the people of Jammu & Kashmir must be allowed to determine their own future in accordance with international commitments and the universally recognized principle of self-determination. Democracy cannot be selective it must uphold the rights of all people, not just those who serve a political narrative.

Really encouraged to see that our state institutions are finally investing serious effort into understanding and exposing India’s internal fault lines, not just reacting to external events.

Most Pakistanis still don’t fully understand that India isn’t a naturally cohesive nation-state but an artificial political construct held together despite deep religious, ethnic, linguistic, regional, and social contradictions. These realities deserve far greater public understanding.

One briefing isn’t enough. This needs to become part of a long-term national intellectual and educational effort so Pakistanis understand the strategic realities of the region, not just the headlines.

An article written by a so-called editor for a an Indian news site has as its basic premise that Pakistanis have all of a sudden have woken up to the fact that the Indus Valley Civilization was based in an area that is part of present-day Pakistan

This is factually incorrect and false

Pakistanis haven’t suddenly woken up to the fact their land was the birthplace of the Indus Valley Civilisation

We have been told that in our textbooks it is that way since we went to school (I grew up in the 1980s) and our parents and grandparents also told us that

Our stamps celebrated and commemorated many many years ago

Our currency notes have had the image of the Great Stupa at Moenjodaro since the past several decades

Schools and colleges and universities have for years organized school trips to Harappa or Moenjodaro - I went on one such school trip as far back as the the mid 1980s

I feel sorry for those Indians who have to live with such delusional and unhinged compatriots

The issue is that in this case — at least going by what is said on social media — the majority of Indians who use Twitter are extremely misinformed and/or delusional and blinded by hate to think clearly on any issue related to Pakistan
