@Avis in FCO Airport, Rome charged me $1200 miscellaneous charges on a car that I rented for a day.
Upon asking we found out it is for damages on the bumper, when we first got the car we took a video of it and showed it to the girl on the counter that the car is damaged.

The girl mentioned that it is normal and the issue is already in the system. When we returned the car, they charged us 1200 euro and kept saying to reach out to customer support. Who on their right mind wants to do this on their vacation?? This completely ruined my vacation

@Avis FCO italy is a scam! Charged us 1200 extra, worst customer service. Massimo and his team was no help. Please return my money. We rent cars to enjoy vacations, not to get disappointed and angry on a vacation

@PNCBank_Help i am out of country and I have been charged for a late fee. I can not even make a call to the bank. The customer support for this bank is terrible, there is no way i can text and talk to a customer support assistance. Please help.
