@easyJet I asked for a refund for my flights that were cancelled and I’ve just got an email saying that my vouchers (?!) are delayed. The requests I put in were both refund requests. Please can you assist as I’ve been waiting a while. Thanks you 😃

@SW_Help I put in for my paper ticket refund in March and still haven’t had a refund for 2k. I have been trying to get hold of someone for 10 weeks. This information would seem wrong as my application date for a refund was well before 18th may ?! Please can someone help me ?
