Depending on stage…. Stress/past trauma builds a cortisol pattern that drives systemic inflammation, the pregnenolone-steal pattern that worsens estrogen-progesterone imbalance, and the HPA dysregulation that contributes to mast cell reactivity…

Reduce stress; inflammation, improve hpa and can reduce the ongoing buildup of endo; doesn’t replace clinical care though.

I think there shd be a disclaimer “I’ve never used peptides but I’m going to write an article on it”. Actual data is not scant, rummage through Reddit and you’ll find thousands of users reporting (even after all the take downs) on usage. The biggest issue is “talking about them” and how that can be taken as promoting human use and into fda’s lap.
