Building an ecosystem around an asset like XRP is so much more than opening up a custodial bridge like cbXRP and others (cough cough). You need:
•Seamless on and off boarding to lower the barrier to participation to the absolute minimum.
◦As a starting point this means that the Bridge HAS to be non custodial - because limiting the minting and redemption ability to the customers of a single exchange or custodian is just disastrous for market formation. As YOU aren’t a customer of theirs do you really want to have to sell your XRP on an exchange for a stable coin and then withdraw that stable to another chain and then buy their wrapped version of XRP - probably not. The second part of seamlessness is UI & UX, see @BifrostWallet , @OxenFlow & soon XRP smart accounts @FlareDevHub which changes the game entirely.
•A cohesive end to end economic ecosystem for the bridged token. You need all the basic defi primitives see: @SparkDexAI , SparkDex & @flamix_trade perps, @enosys_global , Enosys loans, @Kinetic_Markets , @spectra_finance , @blazeswapdex , @IgniteMarketX .
◦Then you need something special that brings it all together and provides ecosystem differentiation. See @Firelightfi
•Then you need to bootstrap liquidity. In reality this means onboarding the omnichain version of the world’s largest stablecoin. See @USDT0_to . And of course working towards having the stablecoin that the community really wants. See RLUSD @Ripple
•But none of this works by itself you have to bootstrap liquidity because if there isn’t liquidity the user experience is terrible and the financial incentives are broken. See the growth of USDT0 and rFLR.
•Then you need to be continually innovating to make both the experience and the product better. See Flare 2.0 and compute. https://t.co/r8KgYkag2b
•Lastly you need to be constantly working with partners new and old to encourage ecosystem growth, working on education and both user and developer resources and marketing the hell out of the ecosystem because there is so much going on that making yourself visible is paramount.
•Then if your aim is to be the seamless hub for all non smart contract tokens you need to repeat the same for BTC, XLM and the rest.
Time, team, dedication and unwavering vision is what is required. Throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks hasn’t worked historically - not even for mega giants like Coinbase.
This is why Flare is the place to build with XRP.
Introducing the first ever XRP backed CDP - Enosys Loans!
Enosys Loans is a friendly fork of Liquity V2 (@LiquityProtocol), deployed on @FlareNetworks.
Secured by decentralized price feeds from the FTSO and protected with live monitoring through @HypernativeLabs, Enosys Loans brings the battle tested functionality of Liquity V2 to #XRPFi.
Supply FXRP or wFLR as collateral to borrow CDP Dollars - a soft pegged stablecoin - and access the value of your assets without having to sell.
Set your own interest rate for borrowing, or delegate rate management to @nortso for stress free borrowing.
Supply your $CDP to the Enosys Loans Stability Pools to earn protocol fees, liquidation rewards, rFLR and $APS.
CDP in the FXRP Stability Pool earns 75% of FXRP branch mint fees and interest, plus 80k rFLR and 0.4 APS per day in incentives.
CDP in the wFLR Stability Pool earns 75% of wFLR branch mint fees and interest, plus 20k rFLR and 0.1 APS per day in incentives.
Or, supply liquidity to the new CDP/USDT0 LP on Enosys DEX V3 to earn swap fees and a share of 100k rFLR and 0.5 APS per day!
Initial Mint Caps are set to $4M CDP for FXRP and $1M CDP for wFLR.

Enosys Loans - Quick Guide
1️⃣Supply FXRP or wFLR as collateral
2️⃣Borrow CDP at your chosen interest rate
3️⃣Supply CDP to the Stability Pool(s) of your choice
4️⃣Earn fees, liquidation rewards, rFLR incentives, and APS incentives
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of Enosys Loans, a friendly fork of Liquity V2 by @LiquityProtocol, deployed on the @FlareNetworks. This marks a historic milestone in the DeFi landscape as the first-ever Collateralized Debt Position (CDP) protocol to leverage XRP (FXRP) as collateral to mint a stablecoin.
Initially supporting FXRP and wFLR as collateral - but with plans to expand support to include staked XRP (stXRP from @Firelightfi ), FBTC (Bitcoin bridged to Flare), and other assets - Enosys Loans is poised to unlock unprecedented utility for major cryptocurrencies like XRP and Bitcoin in decentralized finance. By harnessing Flare’s advanced infrastructure, including the Flare Time Series Oracle (FTSO) for decentralized collateral pricing, Enosys Loans is set to redefine how non-smart contract assets participate in DeFi.
Unlocking DeFi for XRP
For the first time, XRP holders can use their assets as collateral in a CDP to mint a new stablecoin, enabling participation in DeFi applications such as lending, borrowing, and yield generation while still maintaining exposure to the underlying FXRP. This is a transformative step for XRP, which, due to the XRP Ledger’s lack of native smart contract functionality, has historically been excluded from the broader DeFi ecosystem. The planned inclusion of FBTC will further extend this capability to Bitcoin, unlocking the potential of two of the most valuable cryptocurrencies-representing trillions in market capitalization-for DeFi use cases.
A Friendly Fork of Liquity V2: Proven and Enhanced
Enosys Loans builds on the robust foundation of Liquity V2, a leading CDP protocol on Ethereum known for its efficiency, low fees, and user controlled interest rates. By forking Liquity V2, Enosys inherits its battle-tested mechanics while tailoring the protocol to Flare’s unique capabilities. This friendly fork enhances Liquity’s model by integrating Flare’s decentralized infrastructure, ensuring Enosys Loans is optimized for scalability, security, and interoperability.
Flare FTSO: Decentralized and Reliable Price Feeds
A cornerstone of Enosys Loans is its use of the Flare Time Series Oracle (FTSO) for decentralized collateral pricing. Unlike traditional oracles that may rely on centralized data sources, FTSO aggregates price feeds from independent signal providers, delivering highly accurate and tamper-resistant data for assets like FXRP and FBTC.
This ensures that Enosys Loans maintains precise collateral-to-debt ratios, protecting users from volatility and enabling trustless, secure borrowing. With the FTSO’s ability to scale to thousands of data feeds (as seen with FTSO V2), Enosys Loans is future-proofed for supporting an expanding range of collateral types.
Delegation Rewards and FlareDrops
In keeping with the Enosys ethos, all wFLR that is used as collateral will be delegated on the owners behalf. This wFLR will receive delegation rewards and FlareDrops which will be claimable by the owner when distributed by the Flare systems.
Expanding Collateral Options
Enosys Loans will initially support FXRP and wFLR as collateral, enabling XRP holders to mint a stablecoin for use in Flare’s DeFi ecosystem. However, the protocol’s roadmap includes support for stXRP, FBTC, and other F-Assets, creating a versatile platform that caters to diverse user needs.
This expansion will position Enosys Loans as a multi-asset CDP, allowing users to leverage a variety of high-value cryptocurrencies while maintaining the protocol’s decentralized and trustless ethos.
Retail got in first. Institutions are lining up behind them.
In this clip, @HugoPhilion breaks down early FXRP adoption and Firelight’s XRP yield targets in his interview with @PaulBarron.
Why Flare is the hub for XRP (and beyond):
• Non-custodial FXRP: no exchange-gated mint/redemption, critical for real market formation
• Seamless onboarding via UX + Smart Accounts: XRP → DeFi without multi-hop friction
• Full-stack DeFi primitives (DEXs, loans, perps, yield); not point solutions
• Firelight as the differentiator: DeFi cover & risk underwriting institutions require
• Liquidity bootstrapped first: incentives & UX break without it
• Continuous protocol innovation (detailed in Flare 2.0)
This is how you build a real asset ecosystem.
What drives someone to launch the very first DEX on a brand-new network?
In the latest episode of The Flare Factor: Ignite, we sit down with @Thana_Enosys, Chief Strategy Officer at @enosys_global, to find out. As the pioneering DEX on @flarenetworks, Ēnosys took the leap when Flare was just getting started and we finally get to hear that story.

Quick status update, while I have a free minute. Will probably put a real official update soon.
We are currently waiting on a 3rd audit for Loans. We made a few changes to deal with a 6 decimal collateral token edgecase issue, and to integrate automatic pausing through @HypernativeLabs.
Meanwhile, we are finalizing the front end, and running testing on Flare to set up Dune and subgraphs. Spent most of my day relearning SQL 😩. Feel old, friends.
Trying to do everything we can in advance so that the launch is as smooth as possible.
We will be launching after Firelight. This was basically always the plan as long as their launch stayed within reasonable timeframes.
Works out ok, because the market has been, and might still be, in a pretty terrible state.
However, we are super close, so if you intend to mint CDP against your $FXRP, you better get that onto @FlareNetworks asap.
There will be a 4:1 mint cap differential between FXRP and wFLR so don't count on being able to CDP with wFLR as it will likely fill pretty fast. Same spread for incentives for their SPs.
The initial fees and rewards for both the Stability Pools and CDP/USDT0 LP should be pretty rewarding for early adopters, while also keeping your full exposure to your collateral appreciation and delegation/flaredrops.
Will be putting out some additional educational posts over the next weeks, but please...#dpbiydkwtd
