Credible:

China attempted to influence a U.S. election by pumping out false or hateful information on social media, on websites, on AI agents.

Not Credible:

China hacked the tabulators of 8,000 separate election jurisdictions in the U.S., none of which are connected to the internet, all of which are subject to bipartisan oversight.

And it did so in way that wasn't revealed in pre-election tests or post-election audits.

And China also manipulate the ovals on the paper ballots so the evidence couldn't be revealed in recounts and post-election litigation.
