Amazon announced theirs Sept. 13.
But the rollouts won't be finished until early 2024 for Google and Meta.

@binghott And then, of course, when actually NEED to talk to a live human at Facebook ... it's not even possible.
They "don't have the resources" for that.
But they do have the resources to have thousands of reps call ad buyers non-stop when they want you to spend more.
A big mistake I see talking to newer folks in Ecom is:
Chasing marginal revenue vs. chasing multipliers
If you’re doing $5k/mo, you don’t need a referral program or chat widget or a merch line when you’re selling desk lamps
You need product market fit, good creative, and an offer that converts. You should be figuring out the 1-3 levers that will take you to $10k. Then $20k. Then $50k. Only worry about the marginal once marginal makes a tangible impact
@Ben__Kruger Our two cofounders quit, respectively (a) a job as a newspaper publisher and (b) a job for a funded tech startup.
And founded an ecomm agency. Because they met at a "Whiskey Friday" and it sounded just stupid enough to work.
