ఉదయం బ్యాంకులు తెరిచినప్పటి నుంచి కస్టమర్లను డీల్ చేయడంతో పాటు, బ్యాక్ ఎండ్ వర్క్, టార్గెట్లు, కరెన్సీ లెక్కలు చూసుకోవడంలో రోజంతా గడిచిపోతుంది. చాలామంది రాత్రి తొమ్మిది, పది గంటల వరకు కూడా పని చేయాల్సి వస్తుంది. గత పదేళ్లలో డిజిటల్ బ్యాంకింగ్, యూపీఐ లావాదేవీలు గణనీయంగా పెరగడం, ఏటీఎంలు అందుబాటులోకి రావడంతో ఖాతాదారులు శాఖలకు రావడం తగ్గింది. అయినప్పటికీ బ్యాంకు ఉద్యోగుల పనిభారం తగ్గడం లేదు.

బ్యాంక్ ఉద్యోగుల డిమాండ్‌పై కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సానుకూలంగా స్పందించి వారానికి ఐదు రోజుల పని విధానాన్ని అమలు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాం.

And for 5 days banking week not happening now in my considered opinion based upon my first hand experience 3 leaders are responsible apart from government of India .and these 3 are GS AIBOC GS AIBEA and GS NCBE .
These 3 are power house of UFBU. And those bankers for whom 5 days banking week is an important issue has every reason to be unhappy with them .and I am one of those who is extremely unhappy with these 3 because 5 days banking week issue is very close to my heart .

AIPNBOA all India president is posted in HO dwarka for more than 10 years against all bank rules ..
For the last 3 years posted in FRMD but sitting still in his old division IRMD .
For years he has not done any bank duties and is taking full salary without any job only one such officer in our bank .
One GM gave him some duties he used his association position to force that GM to change that office order.
He is an officer without any duty sheet .
We have requested our HO management to make his duty sheet public under RTI as it has done all employees salary public under RTI .

Each Bank Federation should raise the issue of fair compensation for working on Sunday. Bankers chose to work on public holiday over spending valuable time with their family which can’t compensate.

One fact check for bank officers .For your current pathetic service conditions workmen union and its leadership like chv and others are not responsible.For that responsibility rests with officers association and its leaders in general and AIBOC and it's affiliated units in different banks and their leaders like shri Rupam Roy and others .
Even I am one of those who are responsible for your not so happy conditions to some extent for not being successful in convincing you to give me a chance to protect your interest and service conditions better .
So officers community please stop CHV and other workmen leaders and focus on accountability and responsibility of officers association leaders at apex level as well as bank levels including my Federation office bearers.
