@thematrixwizard I’ve done some cool underwater meditations (with a timer). I can last a long time under there. After awhile, it feels like you don’t need to breathe. I don’t recommend it without the timer tho 😂

@thematrixwizard Did a 10 day vipassana retreat a number of years ago. At one point old memories from before I was verbal started surfacing…being a baby looking out of a crib. Lot of emotion with it. Didnt know if it was real or imagined, but later confirmed details with my mom. Real memories

Charles Hoskinson recently stated the latest Bitcoin proposal to freeze vulnerable coins would still leave at least 1.7 million pre-2013 BTC at risk from quantum attacks.
