If you do extreme buteyko right before you spleen will contract to release more blood cells, reducing iron even more.
@EagleTwoRomeo What about Gallon of Milk a Day? Hans Amato experiment showed less bile acids, less pathogenic bacteria, etc. I think doing a gomad at least a couple times a week would be sweet even though the mmc gets shut off
@aestheticprimal I'm having a lot of fruit followed by gelatin coffee. I want to increase carbs though in the morning in order to wait 3-4 hours until the next meal instead of snacking in order to induce the Migrating Motor Complex. Do you have any insight on this? I have colon dysbiosis I think.
@SSavson Dude. I just got some @objectivenutri products again: TTFD and the methylated b complex. I took half of a b complex and I could taste it in my mouth all day. Today and yesterday my breath was slightly worse I think. I think it might be causing a reaction with the candida
@theDeafRow I think it’s good for decreasing iron overload and perhaps other toxins like microplastics. Also balancing the supposed “humors” (sanguine being the dominant in most… sanguine = blood) I think endotoxin is constantly released by the intestine and therefore not effected by lettin
@cynomaxxx@physical_kelp I boil 3 pounds and store them in the fridge a lot. But for the past few months they haven't been stimulating my bowel. What do I do? I'm gonna start making L. Reuteri yogurt again which helped me a lot but IDK why the mushrooms aren't working
@embodiedthinkr I've been doing it it's pretty good. I'd recommend dicing a potato, covering it in some broth along with the juice, and cook for 40 minutes to get more keto acids and get a nice starchy dinner. It definitely gave me more brain energy and better sleep.
@texugodum3l@DenisT90328942@JungianPeater Never tried it, just rub it on my body. Doesn't MgCl have some impurities you might want to avoid if supplementing orally? I think Mag bicarbonate would be better but I guess more of a hassle to make.
@texugodum3l@DenisT90328942@JungianPeater You DRINK 2g of MgCl a day??? It's very acidic. Do you mix it with making soda to create Mg bicarbonate? I want to get a sodastream to carbonate water and then add magnesium hydroxide to create a concentrated bicarbonate supplement. And continue topical MgCl I guess
@RayPeatHeadShop I like 2 maybe even 3 mg doses in the evening. ONLY if I can sleep like 8-10 hours at least though, or else I'll be groggy. I have a prescribed syrup because my friend's dad is a pediatrician. I'm gonna try 1 mg sublingual tonight and see what happens
@JungianPeater@iamjustapeater DO it its pretty easy. Dr. Davis forgets to include glycerol in the recipe (I use a tbsp of vegetable glycerine per quart or so) in order to produce reuterin which is an antibiotic compound. @HansAmato includes it in his recipe so kudos to him
@embodiedthinkr What do you take along with it other than k2? When I take a lot I get difficulty sleeping and some nervousness. Haven't been taking any this winter. Maybe I need more magnesium with it
