@moonpiepe @dheerajshukl21 They are just for support when one of these 3 are not available.

True... Curry could be any random gravy dish for Indians. We have names for every dish.
West needs to stop referring to everything in the Indian cuisine as just 'Curry'

@moonpiepe Perceiving what the other person intends to communicate, and responding back (it can be even an expression of no interest) is a sign of effective relation.

Not responding is a lack of empathy for the other person.

The need of the #SIR can be understood when you receive election campaigning calls from a constituency you left 7 years ago, but somehow your #Voter card is still enlisted in the voters list of that constituency. 😎

@SunGod68 The reason why I feel that he is giving clues in the name of predictions is this.

Threat with China is continuous affair. His timing makes me curious.

Generally, winter is not an ideal season for even skirmishes. This can come true around Feb or March.

@MonaADhar @jamesbloom_ Animal species are going extinct and human population is increasing. Hence the increase in animalistic nature of humans.

When population shrinks, souls go to new animal bodies and so humans will start behaving more humanely. 😎

@CiteCase @DeadlyLaw In general one HC has no jurisdiction over other. So, a precedent don't bind a HC to that judgment. So, any one party to the case can go for a SLP in case of contradictory rulings from two HCs on the same matter.

Article 136 gives that option.

@BBCWorld Peaceful is an affirmative term. It can't be largely or shortly peaceful.

Anybody alive in @UNHumanRights? 🤡

[A Striped Monk @AS_21030]

@CiteCase @DeadlyLaw Generally HCs check for precedents. If one HC has already ruled against the law, but if the existing case is in conflict with that ruling, HC can refer the matter to SC.

[A Striped Monk @AS_21030]

@nitishkrchandra @CiteCase @DeadlyLaw No. If the matter is appealed in the SC due to conflict of judgments, SC gives an interim order and all the parties has to follow those guidelines.

[A Striped Monk @AS_21030]

@CiteCase @DeadlyLaw SC will pass an interim order whether to follow the law or to stay it.

Oil companies just invited bids for a massive 1,100 crore litres of ethanol for 2026-27, but a shocking new caveat in the tender is turning the economics of the entire industry upside down.🧵👇
