After travelling in China my @Meta Ad Account has been disabled for over a week due to ‘suspicious activity’.
Spent countless hours on live chat ‘support’, provided all requested documentation including passport, credit card statements and flight receipts.
Any ideas @facebook
MMeta Ad Account has been disabled and then restricted due to fraudulent IP infringement submissions.
Normal support tickets not progressing anywhere.
I have all my own trademarks, copyright documentation and patent license agreements.
Anybody can help?

My business has been targeted by a dropshipping company that has been copying our content and have started fraudulently reporting our content for IP rights use. Facebook has now restricted any personal Facebook account connected to our Facebook page.
@ShopifySupport Hi Ollie, as I mentioned I started this process over 20 hours ago and have had no reply from legal or dmca-complaints
So I can’t validate it’s being looked into as I’ve heard nothing back.
Shopify clearly doesn’t take fake DMCA notices seriously at all…
@ShopifySupport Ollie this is having a considerable impact to the business. I’ve already been down the live chat path twice. We’re talking about a blatantly obvious fake DMCA notice and my products and still suspended. How can this be expedited and prevented from happening in future?
@ShopifySupport Ollie this was done more than 20 hours ago and yet we’ve heard nothing back. How is this fathomable that a business can have their key revenue generating asset frozen through an online form completed fraudulently by a bad actor? We need this resolved
