Haemophilus influenzae was the first bacteria to be sequenced but few genetic tools exist for this organism. It has small genome of only 1.8 Mbp and can be easily grown in lab. To speed up synbio research for this organism we created plasmids that now you can get @Addgene
We're depositing parts on @Addgene and hope that our tools join the MoClo-YTK ecosystem to make yeast synbio more accessible, alongside recent work from @willmshaw, @MoKhalilLab, and @ProfTomEllis (https://t.co/OaOrAPmc3g), whose previous tools have enabled a lot of our work.
