@octo2727@Wulf__Sorenson@ChudInwards That’s like 1% of the time. The rest is brown people finding loopholes to get passports from western countries. Normal westerners don’t think about this much because they can just go wherever they want already.
@Zeronelite Holy cherry picking. Every history book I ever had to read in Canadian school would say over and over again how the evil white people killed the heckin wholesome natives.
I hate it when people make references to Weimar Germany or repeat cringe shit from the early to mid 2010s like, “Weimar conditions, Weimar solutions.” These people think they’re being clever.
Brother, you don’t live in Weimar Germany.
There’s no great industrial economy. You’re not some war forged Freikorps veteran returning from the front with nothing to do. Labour unions don’t have the power or social position to organize against a liberal state the way they once did. The country isn’t ethnically, culturally, or racially homogenous, and it’s certainly not particularly pious or churchgoing.
Most people are irreligious cultural Christians, atheists, or, in much smaller numbers, neopagans. A huge share of the population grew up with divorced parents or outside traditional households. You were born into the Information Age, shaped by mass global communication, cultural homogenization, instant access to information, and a world that became psychologically much smaller.
That age itself is now ending. We’re moving into the Age of Agency and the Age of AI. Some would argue those are really the same transformation viewed from different angles. AI is becoming a force multiplier for people who are agentic, creative, technically capable, and willing to adapt, while becoming an increasing drag on people who aren’t.
Mass replacement migration on the scale we’re seeing is also historically extraordinary. Population change of this magnitude has usually accompanied war, conquest, colonization, or enormous political upheaval. We’re now watching comparable demographic transformation occur through administrative policy, labour markets, global mobility, and mass migration.
Your circumstances are so historically specific that there isn’t some neat twentieth century allegory waiting to explain them for you.
You’re in uncharted territory.
This is your century. Your generational struggle. Your technological revolution. Your demographic reality. Your political environment. Your responsibility is to understand the world you actually live in instead of cosplaying somebody else’s historical crisis.
The left has an interesting problem where they’ve managed to all but eradicate racism from mainstream society but they’ve built up an entire ideology centered around fighting it, so now the demand for racism has exceeded the supply. Which leads to stuff like this
@janon90@itiswhatit80699 @Junktr0n That’s extremely tame. Ive seen him liking actual black sun edits and Nick Fuentes race realism clips. He is mega based, but I fear they’re gonna catch on at some point
@UbermenschMind Living in the cold makes you relaxed and locked in, and living in the heat makes you have massive chimp outs/revolutions. Once you understand this a lot of history starts making more sense.
There are two nations in North America but Canada is not one of them - its culture is similar enough to America’s that it could easily become a part of it. The actually distinct second nation is Quebec
weed used to be a communal activity where you and and 3 friends would go on a quest to obtain it from a kyle, smoke it in strange places, and experience heh heh hehing outside but now you can rip a yart at home and vaporize your brain to short form slop so its aura is gone
