Along with my wonderful colleague and friend, Jaime Fernández Fisac, we provided opening remarks about the truly interdisciplinary program we curated for this year’s conference hosted by the Association for Safe and Ethical AI (IASEAI). #AI is a transformative and consequential technology, and it should be up to all of us — not just a few — to decide where it takes humanity.
