Find the time to learn about yourself. Self evaluate in order to grow and unlock those chambers of your mind that you haven't had access too.

Through knowledge, experience and raising ones vibration, we begin to learn more and more about consciousness and the power of the mind.

Understanding and removing emotion, will aid you in your journey as once you truly understand why things happen to you, can you learn to move on.

I think we all have the chance everyday to do something that will better ourselves. We just have to take those opportunities and use them wisely.

Nothing comes back to haunt us other than "wasted" time. As that's the one thing we cannot do - turn back the clocks. There is no restart button on life, you get one so make it count.

Not happy with a certain situation or environment then get yourself out of it. You owe nobody, you only owe yourself happiness and peace. Never sacrifice what's important to you for the happiness of others.

Recognise your strengths and work out your weaknesses. Learn about yourself, in order to grow and evolve into a new being. One of balance and peace, remove all barriers and become what you were always meant to be.

The best version of yourself is waiting within, no external factor can bring you the same level of peace and happiness. You hold you power to your life, all you need to do is believe in your ability to make change and create anything your mind can conceive. Thoughts are powerful as long as you execute on them. You are more than you've become. So it's time to focus!

This year has taught me many lessons.

A major lesson being, you can scale up in one single week from 200k to 1m+, or you can lose everything within the space of a week.

The only way to protect yourself from any surprises in the markets is airtight consistency in your decision making. This is often so overlooked.

Your trade frequency means NOTHING.

Your end of week / month PNL means NOTHING.

It's the caliber of your choices that's truly king. Nail that for a quarter, and you're laughing. Then guess what?

You have to nail it the next quarter and the quarter after that and so on, it's so easy to get giddy think you've made it and then get absolutely smashed to bits.

Remain humble their is always a new level to achieve, always someone doing better, someone with a bigger dick, someone with bigger tits, forget all that noise.

What matters most is are you growing as an individual and are you better than yourself a year ago?

You are most vulnerable when you're at the top.

My first month on simulation for a hedge fund complete although August was a flat month for me the biggest takeaways was they are more than happy with my risk management and ability to not go on tilt or chase the market in frustration to try and prove a point. They say majority get the opportunity and immediately try to go crazy having no self control or critical thinking abilities, they aren’t interested in how much you can make and flipping the account, on the scale they have 1-3% is plenty. It’s consistency and longevity they’re after with risk management on point.

Managing your risk is the one element that we can control. Keep your losses small & managed and let your winners actually win. Simple maths.

I used to hate breakeven months easy to think you’ve performed poorly but the reality is you didn’t lose capital and that’s still a positive, stop measuring your performance solely on PnL and focus on how well did you follow and execute your edge. That’s what matters it’s easy to take a bad trade it work and think you’re the man however that’s short lived.

Delayed gratification with this trading game is a must doors will open opportunities will arise you just have to be ready to take them when they come your way. So cut the silly games and focus.
