A CHILDS EXPERIENCE
After the meeting yesterday with @JRRwabwogo , Zion Wekesa asks me why I didn’t have a note book and why I don’t always write?
Adds, The MD made notes of more than 3 pages from the different topics discussed Dad.
Adds, next time alert me early enough dad so I can carry my note book, I can take notes for you.
I tell him, I should be taking notes but am very comfortable with the subject we were going to discuss.
Plus, we were a team and our team mates are good at taking notes. In any case, it’s the responsibility of the CEO @CMasiga to allocate responsibility Incase of follow up.
During the introduction, he was very comfortable and was clear about why he was there.
I add, the MD is both school smart and street smart while me your dad is strictly street!
Dad, the team at UEDCL knew you, how is that possible? Social media son, I don’t know why actually follows until times like these.
Thank you, my brother, for taking time out of your busy schedule to show up. I truly appreciate it. We have two more games to wrap up the season: the championship final between Pirates and Buffaloes this weekend, and the Legends Cup on 4th July, Uganda Legends vs Kenya Legends.
Muhammad Haruna dances through Heathens' defence to score Pirates' second try, which puts them ahead in the game. Kisiga with an easy conversion.

Cow foot soup, also known as KIGERE or MLOKONI, is one of the most nutritious traditional broths.
Before collagen powders were sold in fancy containers, our grandparents were drinking KIGERE.
When most people see the hoof, they walk away!
The tendons, cartilage, ligaments, skin, and connective tissues in the cow's foot are rich in collagen, gelatin and calcium.
When cooked, these compounds dissolve into the soup, creating a thick, nourishing broth.
Cow hoof soup is traditionally given to recovering patients, postpartum mothers, babies and the elderly.
Collagen and gelatin provide amino acids that support the repair of joints, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, skin, and connective tissues throughout the body.
For men whose knees crack when climbing stairs, whose backs ache after a long day, or whose recovery after exercise takes longer, then kigere is the traditional broth for healing and recovery.

Taking a healthy fish and drowning it in deep-frying seed oils is a nutritional tragedy.
Fish is prized because it contains high-quality protein and Omega-3 fatty acids,
Omega-3 fatty acids are:
• EPA: Eicosapentaenoic Acid
• DPA: Docosapentaenoic Acid
• DHA: Docosahexaenoic Acid
They support the brain, heart, and blood vessels, and help regulate inflammation.
While growing up, we were told that Luos were brainy, with healthy eyes, because they ate fish from Lake Victoria. This is because of Omega-3 in fresh fish.
So, what happens when the fish is submerged in a pot of hot industrial seed oil?
The fish absorbs the seed oil, which is full of Omega 6 (Linoleic Acid and Gamma-Linoleic Acid).
The higher the temperature and the longer the frying process, the more the nutritional advantage begins to diminish.
The rancid, heat-unstable Omega-6 displaces Omega-3 leaving the fish empty.
The result is a fish that has lost part of what made it special in the first place.
That is why grilled fish, smoked fish, boiled fish, sun-dried fish, or fish cooked gently in a stew often preserve more of its natural nutritional value than deep-fried fish.
Babies, children and teenagers require plenty of Omega-3 from fish and fish broths.
Today, many people consume seed oils through chips, snacks, fast foods, biscuits, pastries, fried foods, and restaurant meals, and are therefore deficient in Omega-3
Food is not just about taste.
It is about what remains after digestion.
A fish that swims in seed oil is no longer the same fish that came out of the lake.
Protect the nutrients by cooking wisely and correctly.

@wekesa_amos George Orwell puts it well in his book 1984. The only way to exercise power over human beings is to make them suffer such that they get used to it, keep them in a loop of excitement over bogas political drama and when you do the tiniest good thing, they praise you like a god.
But is it too bad that some countries are cancelling visas issued to Ugandans, eh!
Yes, there an issue but now in the US for example, it’s about Uganda not Congo.
We must handle information well, otherwise.
This discussion is still relevant update
When you eat after 9pm the food takes much longer to digest, you don't sleep as well and you feel more tired in the morning.
Let's all try to eat by 7.30 to 8.00pm.
If you do eat late, avoid heavy carb and starchy foods like potatoes, rice, cassava etc.
