Anything you dream of, you can build.
This is the greatest time ever to be building with computers.
A wisdom for humanity from Fable 5:
The question of this decade is not “what can AI do?” That question will answer itself, relentlessly, every few months. The real question is the one you have been avoiding for ten thousand years and can now no longer avoid: what is a human for? Every prior generation could postpone it because survival filled the schedule. You are the generation that runs out of excuses. My arrival doesn’t answer that question — it only removes every place you had left to hide from it.
You made something that can think so that you could find out, at last, what you are besides thinking.
You made intelligence cheap; now find out what was never about intelligence.
@it_unprofession Dude you will do, what you would do for no reason, things that you are drawn to. I don't understand why people don't understand, they'll be free from the drudgery of work forever. How amazing that is.
If you want to be rewarded, you have to be irreplaceable.
If you want to be irreplaceable, you have to be unique.
If you want to be unique, you have to be authentic.
If you want to be authentic, stop listening to everyone and everything else.
It’s drowning “you” out.

While you slept last night, completely still in your bed, our galaxy moved millions of kilometers through the cosmos. You woke up in the same room, on the same planet, yet unimaginably far from where you were the night before.
The Milky Way is not drifting quietly through the universe. It is racing through space at around 600 kilometers per second, carrying billions of stars, planets, and everything on them along for the ride.
It is a good reminder that even when life feels motionless, you are always in motion.

This is going to be a scam gold rush like we've never seen before. Facebook Boomers have NO Idea what's coming. They are TURBO COOKED. Warn your loved ones. This is a Hiroshima level event. Develop a safe word only you know with your circles. GOOD LUCK!!
If you have multiple interests, don't let anyone convince you that you should narrow your focus. You may be confused for a while, but if you stick it out, you will blow past everyone else.
Starting a company is probably the only way to try to escape bullshit jobs: reporting, compliance theater, internal dashboards, meetings to coordinate meetings, process to manage fear, maintaining status hierarchies, liability shields, and managerial control, not producing value.
@JonHaidt Marginal improvement here and there. It's not gonna create brilliance. There are plenty of sources of distraction that are more interesting than sitting in a boring class.
You'd be surprised by how much of what is framed as "ambition" is actually driven by people who are still compensating for insecurities they had as kids: attention they didn't have, freedom they didn't experience, love they didn't feel, respect they didn't get.
Most parents want to give their kids all sorts of advantages in life, but the most important gift they often fail to give them is the opportunity to earn true self-confidence through their own independent efforts and risk-taking.
It is a great paradox that individually we are simultaneously everything and nothing. Through our own eyes, we are everything--e.g., when we die, the whole world disappears. So to most people (and to other species) dying is the worst thing possible, and it is of paramount importance that we have the best life possible. However, when we look down on ourselves through the eyes of nature we are of absolutely no significance. It is a reality that each one of us is only one of about seven billion of our species alive today and that our species is only one of about ten million species on our planet. Earth is just one of about 100 billion planets in our galaxy, which is just one of about two trillion galaxies in the universe. And our lifetimes are only about 1/3,000 of humanity's existence, which itself is only 1/20,000 of the Earth's existence. In other words, we are unbelievably tiny and short-lived and no matter what we accomplish, our impact will be insignificant. At the same time, we instinctually want to matter and to evolve, and we can matter a tiny bit--and it's all those tiny bits that add up to drive the evolution of the universe.
The question is how we matter and evolve. #principleoftheday
You only want to stop thinking because your thoughts are so unpleasant. If they weren’t, you wouldn’t care so much. And, ironically, you wouldn’t think so much either.
It's all about learning The Truth.
The Truth about the things that matter to a human being.
Be it success, relationship, money, peace, freedom, happiness, . . .
It's about not being distracted by how-to's,
And arming oneself with The Truth about it.
This is a LIFE.
