@GrapheneOS@UK_Daniel_Card "GrapheneOS also raises the character limit for passwords from 16 to 128."
Why is this 16 character default even exist in the first place? Does android not trust their users to remember more than 16 characters or is their a practical reason?
@Mononofu@JensenHuang Well, it's not only because he wants more and more people and companies to buy Nvidia GPUs instead of having only 3 customers that can implode any day when a bubble pops
@_MG_ It's clear that openAI recent post about a rogue model was a thinly veiled attempt at framing that models without guardrails are dangerous and that's why we can't have open-source models. Almost all documented hacks that use AI use anthropic/openAi "safegaurded" models.
@fuckyouiquit This is false, they purposely removed it's safegaurds, it was told what to do, it did it and openAI is using it as a marketing campaign. It's like an attempt at banning open source models (free) so that people have to pay openAI because they are "trusted" to do what's best.
@ShakeelHashim This goes both ways. If they are claiming this is a huge threat without any of the details, they are just hyping it. We have no information about the environment, the apparent zero day (in what? Was it an internal tool?) and what the environment actually implemented to secure it.
