In National Lok Adalat held in Agra Uttar Pradesh, lawyers fought with Bank employees to reduce the amount for settlement of loan. Lawyers misbehaved with Bank employees and the incident took place at the stall of Bank of India.

मैं लेना बैंक में अपने खाते से ₹50,000 निकालने गया था ।
बैंक वालों ने मना कर दिया क्योंकि खाते में सिर्फ ₹150 थे ।
मैंने कहा कि मेरे 1 लाख फॉलोअर्स हैं ।
फिर बैंक वालों ने नोटों की बत्ती बनाई और मेरे *** में दे दी ।

And that’s just the starting line.
Then comes a weekly “execution blueprint” that looks less like banking and more like a production assembly line:
MONDAY → Mass account opening
TUESDAY → Insurance push & digital onboarding
WEDNESDAY → Financial inclusion plus POS selling
THURSDAY → Insurance targets plus ₹10 lakh recovery pressure
FRIDAY→ Forced vehicle loan disbursement
SATURDAY → You Slaves ready again
Daily compulsion on top of that:
→ 5 funded SB accounts
→ 5 Indsmart
→ ETDR targets
No matter what.
No matter the branch size.
No matter the staff strength.

Because when fear drives performance, integrity becomes optional. If this is the model of “growth” being pushed in Indian Bank Ahmedabad Zone, then it raises a serious question:
Is the system being built for sustainable banking or short-term numbers at any cost?
Banking cannot run on pressure, intimidation, and unrealistic daily quotas. This is not reform. This is institutionalised stress.
And it needs to be questioned.
