It's easy to lose perspective year to year. I get so focused on a new principle or goal that I forget others.
One way I combat this is to have a programming checklist in front of me when I program. It has my core principles, staple exercises, & mobility work to keep me on task.
Fascial tissue serves a diverse role in sport. It provides stability to increase force producing capabilities, assists in preventing musculoskeletal injuries, & supports posture during rapid movement.
