@jasonleitch@slanjkilts We have our homeless tartan face coverings from @slanjkilts and can also recommend the ones made on the Isle of Skye by the social enterprise @RagTagnTextile that promote mental and social well-being.
An Atlas of Opportunity was published in 2018 - over 30 maps of Scotland explore the country's culture, heritage, landscape, industries, seascapes and potential.
We are giving away a copy of the atlas every day this week. Simply retweet and we will choose a winner tomorrow!
@PadruigMorrison @caldamac Glad you say young and/or local people. This isn't just an issue for the young. Low % of folk in Applecross can afford a house. One new-ish holiday house owner thought no one local wanted the house they bought – had not occurred to them locals without housing couldn't afford it.
We are clearing dozens of fire pits like this every week. If you don’t know how to make a campfire without leaving a mess then please use a stove. Thank you.
Please do not throw rubbish out of the window! ❌🤢
Scotland is stunning, let's keep it that way💙

@tania_mackie @KateForbesMSP I'm sorry you encountered negativity & rudeness. The Fb group you speak of was set up in good faith to evidence the litter & human waste visitors in tents, camper vans or MHs were leaving to allow solutions to be found so genuine visitor & locals experience wasn't compromised.
