Please share @HollensbeAmanda 's #DCVaxL miraculous story of this life saving brain tumor treatment. DC Vax L, developed by @NorthwestBio has been pioneering personalized immune therapies for cancer that use the patient's own cells to treat their cancers with almost no side effects. 16 types treated so far. @SecKennedy@DrOz
I want to add some context to Braelyn’s MRI images that more than 145,000 people have now seen.
Because when you understand what was happening inside her brain only months ago, her latest MRI becomes even more remarkable.
The image on the left is Braelyn’s brain from February this year.
Her tumor had become enormous. When we first connected with Dr. Linda Liau at UCLA—with Thomas McCaffrey’s help—Braelyn already had an 11 mm midline shift from the pressure the tumor was creating.
Dr. Liau and the UCLA tumor board reviewed her MRI, and during our first Zoom appointment she told us:
Braelyn needed surgery. Immediately.
That may sound obvious looking at this image.
But before reaching UCLA, I had contacted surgeons in the Southeast desperately trying to find someone willing to operate on my daughter.
Three surgeons turned her down.
Her case was considered too complicated and too risky. The options being offered to us were chemotherapy and photon radiation.
And I was angry.
My daughter’s brain was being overtaken by an extraordinarily aggressive tumor, and I felt like everyone was giving up on her when what she desperately needed was someone willing to try.
By the time we made it to UCLA just a couple of weeks later, despite high-dose steroids, that 11 mm midline shift had progressed to 20 mm.
The pressure had become so extreme that her brain was starting to herniate outward through the opening from her previous craniectomy.
In a strange twist, that opening may have saved her life by providing somewhere for her swelling brain to go.
Now look at the image beside it.
That is Braelyn’s most recent MRI from August.
No giant mass.
No 20 mm shift.
And after reviewing the images, Dr. Liau and the UCLA tumor board told us they could see no tumor tissue—including the residual tumor that had intentionally been left behind during surgery because of its proximity to critical structures.
This is why her latest MRI means so much to us.
This wasn’t a small, slow-growing tumor.
We watched this monster create an 11 mm shift that progressed to 20 mm in a matter of weeks.
We know one MRI isn’t the end of this story. Braelyn will continue treatment, and we’ll keep watching every scan.
But I will never forget looking at that first MRI.
It took our breath away.
It was terrifying. It felt like being kicked in the gut. I looked at my daughter’s brain being pushed so dramatically to one side and wondered how we were going to get her through this.
And then, only months later, we looked at the MRI beside it.
That one took our breath away, too.
But for an entirely different reason - relief and gratitude.
Same daughter. Same brain. Two images I will never forget for completely different reasons.
When you understand where she was…
you understand why this MRI feels so extraordinary. ❤️🙏
And I will forever be grateful to the surgeon who looked at a case others considered too risky and said:
She needs surgery.
Thank you, Dr. Liau. ❤️

tRump’s proposed FY2026 budget sought to cut the National Cancer Institute by about $2.7 billion - roughly 37%
Donalds administration canceled more than $180 million in NCI grants during the early months of 2025
Cancer, heart, brain and infectious-disease studies were among 383 NIH-funded studies reportedly disrupted, affecting more than 74,000 research participants
NIH attempted to cap university research-overhead reimbursement at 15%, potentially reducing support by approximately $4 billion annually; a federal judge blocked that policy as unlawful
Some grant cancellations and freezes were later reversed, restored or blocked by courts
Facts matter. Let’s hope @POTUS has a change of heart.
@smith348572@Flyfishing15331@FoxNews@realDonaldTrump@HollensbeBrae The point is that the current administration is corrupt and incompetent (How’s your gas bill?) This has nothing to do with the courage of Braelyn and all suffering from cancers. You’re making it so by using Dcvax as a crutch to defend a pedophile.
Drop it.
@Flyfishing15331@smith348572@FoxNews@realDonaldTrump If this does advance, It does hurt that it’s this traitor, felon, corrupt, sociopath calling out the truth of Dcvax because all he lies all the time. People will doubt it based solely on that fact.
Ty Greta! @DrOz Now say the name. Silence and suppression has gone on long enough.

It appears Braelyn’s story has made it to @POTUS@HollensbeAmanda responds to @DrOz’s report this morning.
Included in this video - Video #17 of Braelyn’s celebration and the Hollensbe’s “Thank You”
16 short video 🧵of Braelyn’s story below.
Thanks for the find @pammirama!
Maybe Braelyn can get her November treatment by @NorthwestBio, an American company, in the U.S.??
#DCVaxForBraelyn#DCVax $NWBO
Braelyn was diagnosed with a brain tumor at just 19 years old. She had to travel to London to receive the promising personalized immunotherapy #DCVax-L, developed by the American company @NorthwestBio.
After four treatments, Dr. Linda Liau of @UCLANsgy and her team told Braelyn this past week that there is “NO evidence of disease.”
That is an incredible story.
But Braelyn’s story is also the human face of a MUCH bigger story - one with many layers that deserve to be brought into the light.
The Science:
#DCVax-L is not something that appeared overnight. It represents more than 20 years of research and clinical development. Its international Phase III glioblastoma trial enrolled 331 patients at 94 sites in four countries, and the results were published in the peer-reviewed journal #JAMA Oncology.
The Regulatory Story:
Northwest Biotherapeutics submitted its Marketing Authorization Application for #DCVax-L to the UK’s #MHRA on December 20, 2023.
That was 1,005 days ago!
The company requested consideration under the MHRA’s 150-day review pathway for medicines addressing serious unmet medical needs. Yet more than 1,000 days later, there still has been no first regulatory decision.
As recently as July, the MHRA confirmed that the application remained under its initial regulatory review and had not been refused, withdrawn or appealed.
For patients with an aggressive cancer like glioblastoma, 1,000 days is an extraordinary amount of time.
The Wall Street story:
At the same time this tiny biotechnology company has been trying to develop a new cancer treatment, it has also been fighting a federal lawsuit against some of the largest market makers in the world — including Citadel Securities @citsecurities , Canaccord Genuity @CG_Driven and others.
$NWBO alleges that these firms repeatedly used illegal “spoofing” and market manipulation to artificially drive down the company’s share price over a period of years.
Those remain allegations being litigated in federal court, not findings of liability. But the lawsuit is real, the allegations are serious, and they deserve scrutiny.
And then there is the story of how little attention any of this receives.
How does a treatment with:
• more than two decades of research and development
• an international Phase III trial
• peer-reviewed publication in JAMA Oncology
• a regulatory application pending for more than 1,000 days
• an ongoing federal market-manipulation lawsuit
• and patients like Braelyn
remain almost completely outside the mainstream conversation?
This story is bigger than $NWBO.
It is about patients. Science. Access. Regulation. Financial markets. And whether promising cancer therapies are getting the attention and scrutiny they deserve.
Braelyn’s story deserves to be heard.
But so does the story behind it.

Okay…this is getting a little surreal. 😳❤️
This morning, @DrOzCMS said on Fox News that President Trump had told him about a kid with glioblastoma who had been “cured.”
Was he talking about Braelyn? I I really think he was and meant to say “her.”
But I can tell you that Braelyn’s story is reaching people and places I never dreamed it would.
Just days ago, I shared the incredible news from Dr. Linda Liau and the UCLA tumor board: after reviewing Braelyn’s latest MRI, they found NO VISIBLE TUMOR—not even the residual tumor that had been left behind during surgery.
That post has now been viewed more than 127,000 times.
And now we’re hearing Braelyn’s story may have made it all the way to the President of the United States.
I started sharing our story because I wanted other families to know there may be options they aren’t being told about—and because I want desperately ill patients to have better access to investigational treatments.
I never imagined how far one 19-year-old girl’s story might travel.
Keep listening, Washington. We have a lot more to say. ❤️🇺🇸
