विषय: वाघोली विभागातील विद्युत सेवा संदर्भातील तक्रारी

महोदय,
सविनय कळवितो की वाघोली विभागातील नागरिकांना मागील काही दिवसांपासून विद्युत सेवा गंभीर अडचणींचा सामना करत आहे. मुख्य तक्रारी:

1. वारंवार वीज खंडित होणे, दैनंदिन जीवन प्रभावित.
2. वीज बिलांमध्ये अनियमितता; जास्त रक्कम आकारली जात आहे.
3. नागरिकांच्या तक्रारींकडे दुर्लक्ष व अधिकाऱ्यांची मनमानी.
4. ग्राहक सेवा समाधानकारक नाही; काही कर्मचाऱ्यांचे वर्तन उद्धट.
5. मीटर तपासणी/बदल प्रक्रियेत विलंब.
या समस्यांमुळे नागरिक त्रस्त झाले असून MSEDCL वरचा विश्वास कमी झाला आहे.
कृपया त्वरित आढावा घेऊन योग्य उपाययोजना कराव्यात.

Wagholi (पुणे) येथील रहिवाशांसाठी आरोग्य धोक्याची घंटा!
वाघोलीतील बेकायदेशीर आणि नियोजनाशिवाय केलेल्या बांधकामामुळे सार्वजनिक आरोग्याचा गंभीर प्रश्न निर्माण झाला आहे. बाएफ रोड परिसरातील रहिवासी दुर्गंधीयुक्त सांडपाण्याच्या समस्येशी झगडत आहेत. सांडपाणी रस्त्यांवर आणि सोसायट्यांमध्ये साचत असल्यामुळे रोगराई वाढण्याचा धोका निर्माण झाला आहे.
आम्ही वाघोली वेल्फेअर फाउंडेशन वतीने पीएमसी (PMC) आणि पीएमआरडीए (PMRDA) यांसारख्या संबंधित प्रशासनाकडे वारंवार तक्रारी केल्या आहेत, परंतु त्यांच्या तक्रारींकडे दुर्लक्ष केले जात आहे.
या गंभीर समस्येवर तातडीने उपाययोजना करणे आवश्यक आहे. अन्यथा, आरोग्याचा मोठा धोका निर्माण होऊ शकतो. सांडपाणी आणि पाण्याचा निचरा होण्यासाठी योग्य प्रणालीची गरज आहे, आणि नागरिक सुविधा सुनिश्चित केल्याशिवाय बांधकाम परवानग्या देणाऱ्या अधिकाऱ्यांना जबाबदार धरले पाहिजे.

Subject: Complaint regarding electricity services in the Wagholi Division.

Respected Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention that residents of the Wagholi division have been facing several serious issues related to electricity services over the past few days. These problems have severely disrupted daily life and caused widespread dissatisfaction and frustration among citizens. We are listing our concerns below:

*Frequent Power Outages:* Electricity supply is being interrupted multiple times a day, causing disruptions to daily routines, student studies, and business activities.

*Irregularities in Electricity Bills*: Many residents are being charged excessive amounts in their electricity bills, which are significantly higher than their actual consumption.

*Irresponsible and Arbitrary Behavior of Officials:* Complaints and requests made by citizens are often ignored. Some officials are functioning in an arbitrary and careless manner.

*Poor Customer Service and Staff Misbehavior:* Consumers are not receiving satisfactory assistance at electricity offices. Some employees speak and behave rudely and disrespectfully with the public.

*Delay in Meter Testing and Replacement*: Complaints related to faulty meters, meter testing, and replacement are not being addressed promptly or effectively.

Public Frustration and Helplessness: Due to all the above issues, the citizens are feeling distressed and helpless. Their trust in MSEDCL is diminishing.

We therefore humbly request you to take immediate note of the situation in the Wagholi Division and initiate appropriate and prompt action to resolve these problems.
It is our sincere hope that all citizens receive reliable, transparent, and efficient service from MSEDCL.

अँड. अशोक बापू पवार यांच्या पुढाकाराने पुण्याचे अतिरिक्त पोलीस आयुक्त मा. मनोज पाटील, उपायुक्त अमोल झेंडे, वाघोली वाहतूक विभागाचे इतर पोलिस अधिकारी तसेच PWD, PMC आणि PMRDA च्या अधिकाऱ्यांसह वाघोली येथील वाहतूक समस्या सोडवण्यासाठी सर्वेक्षण करण्यात आले. या सर्वेक्षणादरम्यान @WWFWagholi चे व वाघोली गावातील ग्रामस्थ देखील उपस्थित होते.
या पाहणी दौऱ्यानंतरच्या बैठकीत पुढील कार्यवाही प्राधान्याने करण्याचे ठरविण्यात आले:
1. खराडी जकात नाका ते कटकेवाडी बायपास रस्ता प्राधान्याने बांधण्यात येणार आहे. खराडी जकात नाका - फिनिक्स शाळेपासून केशनंद रोडपर्यंतच्या बायपासचे काम तात्काळ सुरू करण्यात येणार आहे. या कामासाठी 3.5 कोटींचा निधी आधीच मंजूर करण्यात आला आहे. उर्वरित रस्त्यासाठी आवश्यकतेनुसार अतिरिक्त निधी मंजूर केला जाईल.
2. लोहगाव रस्त्यावरून वाहतूक लोणीकंदकडे वळविण्यासाठी सुरभी हॉटेलजवळील उर्वरित रस्त्याचे काम तात्काळ करण्याचे निर्देश देण्यात आले. या रस्त्याचे काम पूर्ण झाल्यावर वाघेश्वर मंदिर चौकातील वाहतूक बावडी रस्त्यामार्गे लोणीकंदकडे वळवता येईल.
3. वाघोलीतील 2-3 प्रमुख चौकांमध्ये आवश्यकतेनुसार प्राधान्याने सिग्नल बसवले जाणार आहेत.
4. केशनंद रोड गावातून नगर रोड आणि पुणे शहराकडे येणारी वाहतूक सुरळीत होण्यासाठी केशनंद फाटा चौकाचे स्थलांतर आणि रुंदीकरण करण्यात येणार आहे.
5. महामार्गलगतच्या रस्त्यांवर असलेले अडथळे दूर करण्यात येणार आहेत, तसेच शक्य असेल तिथे रस्ता रुंदीकरण करण्यात येईल. यामुळे वाहतुकीसाठी जादा लेन उपलब्ध होईल, तसेच महामार्गाच्या लगत वाहतुकीसाठी अडथळा असलेले विजेचे खांब स्थलांतरित केले जाणार आहेत.
