@CMDBSNL NE - I is a JE Surplus circle. JEs from NE I have applied for Rule 8 transfer to other circles.

But our application is not being forwarded by BA Heads.

Pls give directions to BA/Circle for quick action so that JEs can be evenly distributed pan India.
