@LCHMRCVictim @papipokers @Ray_McCann55 Tbh can't see why he would spend hours on end doing webinars for everyone and not make one phone call. In fact I know for definite that people have found out that HMRC lied about him not having contact with them on their behalf when HMRC slipped up later down the line.

@DotasNot @loan_dr @papipokers Looks like they’ve asked to delay the filing date by 3 months. So accounts to May 2022 won’t be visible for 3 main companies until already a year out of date. Normally you only get an extension in extreme circumstances. There was an automatic Covid extension until April 2021. 🧐

If 'affordability' would affect around half of the individuals, #HMRC knew that the #loancharge was UNAFFORDABLE for 50% of those affected

On that basis they also knew there would be bankruptcies & suicides

And didn't care
