Irctc should also show a Predictability number next to each train that should be based on data metrics compiled based on delays occured with that train in last 30 days or so

There is irreparable loss that occured for me due to this 4.5 hours of delay of train. It should also be a norm from Indian Railways to issue Full Refund to travelling passengers in case the train is delayed by more than 3 hours

Kindly get enquiry done into this. It should be a norm to share the Root Cause Analysis of why the delay happened on so many steps on the way. And also, what is the action being taken by Indian Railways to prevent this from happening again in future.
