Incredible day at University Nationals today! Hit a 117 kg snatch to place 9th in snatch. Hit a clean and jerk PR of 156 kg to place 6th in that lift. Had an overall total PR of 273 kg for a 7th place finish at nationals! Huge thank you to Country Strong and Tim Griesser.

The REAL power is in focusing on who IS doing the work. We often allow the minority to have a majority impact on us.

* Athlete B skips training days and even weeks at a time. This athlete also skips sets, reps and lacks intensity.
