Hey Everyone! I accepted a position to work as a Senior Radar Systems Engineer at @UrsaSpace. Looking forward to working with you on geospatial insights for global security and commodity markets!
and wish the best for all federal employees making life altering decisions.
I'll keep you all posted about what the future holds next week... But for now, I have a birthday party to attend ;) (3/3)
Hello everyone, my last day at NASA Goddard was yesterday, June 20th, 2025.
Together with fellow team members over the past ~12 years I helped federal scientists leverage commercial data, bridged the gap between end-user needs and satellite observations, (1/3)
collected airborne observations from Costa Rica to Alaska, designed satellite missions and developed various techniques to convert remote sensing data into tangible information. I want to thank everyone that supported and guided me over the years (2/3)
Happy birthday, Goddard!

Bring cutting-edge Earth science into the classroom 🌍
Launching this spring, NISAR will track tiny movements in Earth's land and ice surfaces that can help us better understand our planet. Try these activities and lessons to teach students about NISAR: https://t.co/wKgEfEZJeN
Launching this spring, the NISAR satellite will map our planet with incredible detail, measuring the motion of Earth's surface down to fractions of an inch.
How exactly does it work? Let’s dive in.
NISAR, a @NASA-@ISRO mission, is scheduled to launch this spring, but what will it do?
Meet the lead U.S. scientist on the mission, Paul Rosen, who tells us how this mission will help us better understand Earth's changing land and ice surfaces. 🌏 https://t.co/Ge6zZW3oGr
🚀 Using NASA's SAR data just got easier! Our Sentinel-1 SAR radiometric terrain corrected products are now fully compatible with GIS software & optical imagery. Plug-and-play with ease! 🌍 Learn more: https://t.co/uRqg2xpwUa
@shirzaei Thanks for helping spread the word @shirzaei. The better prepared we are, the faster we'll gain new insights from #NISAR data. @Ak_Satellite also prepared a guide on how to work with the NISAR sample data. https://t.co/LNHlObi2Pd
OPERA will host a free hybrid (online + in person) workshop on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 8:30 am – 1:05 pm Pacific Time at the Liberty Station Conference Center, San Diego, CA. To register please see our website https://t.co/sYWr6FCfF1. We hope to see you there!
NASA has selected four proposals for concept studies of new @NASAClimate missions!
From studying greenhouse gases to global changes in ice and glaciers, each investigation will help gather the data needed to confront our changing climate and its impacts: https://t.co/1gptOmP0aX
