To avoid a repeat of last night’s shellacking in the 2026 midterms, Republicans should:
quit covering for pedophiles
put America before Israel
put farmers before corporations
quit funding wars abroad
reduce spending to control inflation
quit attacking independent voices
@Illumanora@forallcurious I mean the earth orbits the sun, but the comet's trajectory doesn't intersect the earth's orbit so we aren't ever going to get close enough.
@gmiller@Timcast I'll give you that, you guys are definitely fighting for your survival, but you're not that good at it, and you're definitely not good at doing it alone.
@mro_mark@LordSpecter@charliekirk11@megynkelly I don't think the broader geopolitics are as relevant as they once were; the populations globally are against Israel or at a minimum suspicious.
@mro_mark@LordSpecter@rokeetleeger@charliekirk11@megynkelly I think their back is so far up against the wall they might be willing to take the risk. Not saying it was them, but narrative matters and if there was a chance they could get ahead of it then maybe they'd take it.
@elonmuskADO X isn't bad, just twitter was so iconic and I think you'll have to be reeeeally patient to let things sort themselves out into the new name.
@Canardiain@CSI_Starbase@N8nK8 Exactly my thinking, the mass isn't changing so a couple of runs (assuming they have sensors in place) could be enough to model something efficient and smooth.
