There is a disgruntled former employee with a boat, who knows the GPS coordinates of where you are allowed to go and not. He likes to go sit just outside of the no-go zone and make them come talk to him.

@TownsUsa Kewaunee, WI or Point Beach (Manitowoc WI). Not sure which. They are only a few miles apart. Kewaunee is being decommissioned, but Point Beach is still operational.

If they don't trust him, they won't work with him. That's politics.

To say the D's are the reason he's out is to completely ignore that there are more R's, and he agreed to let 1 crazy R remove him.
