Israel is the only country in the world that recognized the separatist “ Somaliland” in an effort to destabilize the Horn of Africa and the red sea area.

Yet you live with the people who humiliated your nation 🤔
Your a hypocritical dog. Barking just to make noise
@Abdirahmanirro@Isaac_Herzog Beginning with the name of Allah SWT with genociders is the opposite of what Islam teaches.
Have some shame. Israel is still killing human beings in Gaza and Lebanon while you shake hands.

We are honoured and grateful to have the endorsement of Dr. Edna Adan for our 26 June celebration.
Dr. Edna Adan is an inspiration to Somaliland and the world. Known as the “midwife who changed the world,” she has dedicated her life to improving maternal healthcare, empowering women, and serving her country. As Somaliland’s former Foreign Minister, she played a vital role in raising Somaliland’s profile internationally and bringing positive attention to our nation.
Thank you, Dr. Edna Adan, for your support and for your lifelong service to Somaliland and its people.

🚨🚨 Somaliland Diaspora council @sldc01 is proud to announce a rally on June 24th, marking the 66th anniversary of Somaliland’s independence from the #UK 🇬🇧. We are calling on the UK Parliament to engage on the Somaliland issue and to amplify the voice of Somalilanders in Tower Hamlets. Join us as we stand strong, ensuring our community is heard and that our demands for representation and respect are not ignored. @ApsanaBegumMP@LutfurRahmanTH@TowerHamletsNow@metpoliceuk
For years, Somalilanders in the #UK 🇬🇧 have watched #Somalian organisations and political networks speak on our behalf, absorb our identity, and benefit from funding while #Somaliland’s own community, voice, and history were pushed aside.

Enough is Enough.
26th June is OUR Independence Day — the day #Somaliland regained independence from Britain in 1960. Our history is not Somalia’s history, and our identity cannot continue to be erased for political or financial convenience.
Now it is time for Somalilanders to take back ownership of our narrative, our community, and our future.
Join the SLDC charity event as we celebrate Somaliland’s independence, rebuild community unity, support Somaliland causes, and make our voices heard proudly across the UK.
One people. One identity. One Somaliland. 🇬🇧🇱

Your argument about Saudi-Israeli normalization is understandable. Saudi Arabia is undeniably a major regional power, and any normalization agreement with Israel would carry enormous geopolitical weight.
But don’t let the glitter of oil blind Washington to other strategic realities in the region.
Why not also push your government to recognize Somaliland ,a stable, pro-Western, democratic partner strategically located at the intersection of the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and the Indian Ocean?
Unlike many states in the region that still hesitate publicly over normalization, Somaliland has repeatedly signaled its willingness to join the Abraham Accords and has already taken unprecedented diplomatic steps toward engagement with Israel, including opening its first embassy in Jerusalem.
At a time when the Horn of Africa and key maritime corridors face mounting threats from the Houthis, piracy, arms trafficking, AQAP, Al-Shabaab, and expanding Iranian influence, Somaliland offers something increasingly rare in the region ; reliability, strategic clarity, and long-term alignment with Western and regional security interests.
Washington continues searching for dependable partners to safeguard freedom of navigation and regional stability from Bab al-Mandeb to the Western Indian Ocean. Somaliland is already positioned geographically and politically to play that role.
Recognition of Somaliland would not simply be symbolic. It would strengthen a stable democratic ally in one of the world’s most sensitive maritime chokepoints, while rewarding a partner that has consistently pursued moderation, security cooperation, and openness to regional peace initiatives rather than extremism or ideological confrontation.
Iran & Houthi terrorist face threat from pro-US African nation https://t.co/07H5LR9mnr #FoxNews@tedcruz Please keep pushing this. Somaliland has been pro-US/West from the beginning. They're one of few rational govt. in Africa.
To hell w/Somalia. Somaliland is good for the US.
