Cleaning out my office today, I found a piece of my past that ended up shaping my future: My MBA thesis, titled “Investigating How the Aging-Associated Noncommunicable Disease Burden Could Benefit From Emerging Innovations in Biotechnology via a Medical Tourism Model.”
I had no idea that this thesis would eventually evolve into the Best Choice Medicine (BCM) framework for healthy aging—a vision centered on making innovative medicine more accessible, practical, and patient-focused.
Thank you Kyle Umipig and Longevity Technology @LongevityTech did you see the aKlotho and TERT patent? Would love your review. LETS CURE AGING! 🥂🥂🥂 https://t.co/gBh5DrJcDP
A BIG Thank You. to @PeterDiamandis who has supported so much of the movement in longevity. Without his initiatives we would still be a little known tribe of makers.
The MOST genetic Modified human on Earth! Liz Parrish’s new book is a firsthand look at where medicine is going—and why we can’t afford to wait for the future to arrive. Gene therapy, longevity, disease prevention, and the technologies that could change how we think about aging. Bold. Timely. Actionable.

@ParrishLiz 's book is out! It's well known that I am a huge Liz fan; we have a lot in common, not least passion for the longevity mission and a willingness to withstand haters in the pursuit of saving lives. Here: https://t.co/pqjlQxIO1W
@davidasinclair The most funding is not necessarily the most impact. @BioVivaScience has treated more patients combined. And uses more Gene candidates.
Why are we so quick to chase the latest breakthrough? Is it our shrinking attention spans, or do we treat life-saving medicine like a spectator sport—always cheering for the newest player? We need every player on the team! Go TEAM LONGEVITY ! It is the World in a Cup !

Researchers found that shorter telomeres and DNA changes in kidney cells may signal faster biological aging of the kidneys and help predict risk for Chronic Kidney Disease earlier than current methods. 🧬 https://t.co/JKRM7xhOnh
@elonmusk you should be investing in BioViva and @ParrishLiz they have done so much to help the world if you supported them, they could finish their mission.
As his baby son lay in ICU, Peter Attia told his wife that he was too busy with “important work” in NYC to fly home to see him.
He was with Jeffery Epstein.
@elonmusk says ageing may be a solvable biological problem driven by a shared cellular “clock,” offering hope for longer healthy lives while stressing the need for society to adapt to extreme longevity. https://t.co/Nq7aK91NMi
