Palestinian pediatrician Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya is being held and reportedly tortured in an Israeli prison with no charges, no trial and no Due Process. Netanyahu's government must immediately release him from these lawless, horrific and life-threatening conditions.
Just in: the Israeli soldier who assaulted my cameraman @cyrilthps was issued a “formal command reprimand,” but avoided criminal charges.
Israel’s military police investigated but prosecutors ultimately decided to kick this over to the disciplinary process

Israeli settlers attacked a CNN news crew, journalists and activists during a visit to Sinjil in the occupied West Bank, smashing a vehicle's windshield, hurling stones at the convoy and attempting to slash a tyre.
The group had travelled with Kamel Musallet to the site where his son, Saif Musallet, was killed by Israeli settlers one year ago. As they left the area, the settlers chased their vehicles back towards the town, forcing them to flee.
A journalist at the scene said the shattered windshield demonstrated the extreme danger Palestinians face when trying to access land that has been occupied by Israeli settlers since last April, warning the consequences could have been even more deadly had Palestinians attempted to return to their own land.
Looks like there is body camera video of this unprecedented, illegal detention of Americans by a foreign country. When are the arrests of these violent settlers and 4 IDF officers taking place @netanyahu?
@trouble_man90 Honestly, why? It seems they are under the impression that President Obama endorsed her. Isn't that worrisome to you? It may be satisfying today because it's against a candidate you don't like but have you considered the implications of such ads in future races you care about?
🎥 WATCH: “Not a prosthetic limb in Gaza… Let us leave and travel abroad for treatment. Have mercy on us.”
Wounded Palestinians gathered to plead for medical evacuation, amid Israel’s ongoing ban on the entry of prosthetics and severe restrictions on specialized medical care into Gaza.
Israel is simultaneously preventing most of the 18,000 patients on pre-approved WHO lists from leaving for treatment abroad.
Israel, which under the 2025 ceasefire agreement Israel was supposed to reopen the Rafah crossing for the movement of all civilian passengers, including medical evacuations, only allows a handful of people to cross daily.
The crossing remained closed on Saturday. Gaza health officials say more than 1,500 patients have died while waiting to be evacuated for treatment. About 10 patients die each day.

Israel’s military has attacked several areas across Gaza, with Palestinians filming flames and smoke rising over Gaza City.
A nine-year-old girl was also killed by Israeli gunfire in central Gaza.
Israel insists that reports of rape of imprisoned Palestinians are false. So why not allow unfettered visits by the Red Cross to show there is nothing to hide?
Unfortunately starting to hear from ppl on the ground in MI that the attack ads are landing and we might not have this if they continue. We REALLY need ppl to phone bank so we’re not being so massively outgunned https://t.co/lTO8EgNgT6
I was there with Rep. Khanna as an expert on settler violence.
Armed settlers were the first to arrive, and then, as has become the norm, Israeli soldiers joined them. Together they detained the delegation for over an hour
The IDF is lying and not for the first time.
@RaniaKhalek Venezuela is a US colonial blueprint: "Leave a local gov, but control the system"
900+ US sanctions crippled the economy & blocked basic needs
Stole Venezuelan wealth held abroad
Engineered a coup attempt
Direct Military op to remove Maduro & take over oil

Rep. Ro Khanna urged followers disturbed by his detention in the occupied West Bank to focus on the far greater violence Palestinians endure every day and follow Drop Site journalist Maysa Mustafa and independent journalist and Drop Site contributor Jasper Nathaniel for their reporting on Palestinians’ experiences under occupation.
@maysamustafa | @RoKhanna | @infinite_jaz
Stunning account of how armed Israeli settlers harassed and effectively held US Congressman @RoKhanna for 90 min. When Israeli soldiers showed up, Khanna thought they would help release him. Instead, they helped the settlers.
This is what Israel does to the country that arms and finances it.
What he saw in Israel and Palestine only further convinced him to speak out.
“I’m going to go to every corner of America, regardless of whether I run or not, and tell their stories and tell the story of what is happening in the West Bank.”
https://t.co/PRor7hF8ux
.@RoKhanna should capitalize on today’s two major West Bank stories by demanding that Israel immediately expel the settlers occupying American-citizen-owned land in Turmus’ayya and Al-Mazra’a ash-Sharqiya—two communities he visited (and where I was attacked by settlers, fwiw).
