Medial - recon plate as buttress works nicely if dual plate is the choice (awesome for rare isolated medial partial articular fx)

@SydneyHodgeson Probably obvious, but try all the masks your facility provides - I get widely different results with different masks. Taping works, but sucks when you tear off layers of skin. And ++ radiation glasses - you are the closest to the c-arm!

And I wonder about the rotation - the lateral looks like a good plateau lateral, but a rather oblique ankle view - the fibula isn’t aligned on lateral
