@bookingcom Are you finally going to take this seriously ? It’s been over 40 days that you are owing your genius 3 customer 950 euro and you are not even responding to emails ? How many times can you fail your most loyal customers ?
This is not an isolated case . Both my wife and I tried to make reservations in the same hotel . I used a “pay later”feature but my wife was charged Euro 950 for no booking ….- all she got was a notification from your platform that the booking could not go through she would be reimbursed 7 to 12 days later . Since then dead silence , no response from customer service except for automated answers. Impossible to get in touch with you ? Call the UK ? Is this for real ? when things go wrong , customers are truly on their own aren’t they ? And this for a payment that was allowed AND facilitated by your platform and she needs to wait weeks if not months for a reimbursement ? How is this even possible for a regular customer - let alone a genius 3 level customer ?
Your booking couldn’t be confirmed - UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE / NO REIMBURSEMENT / NO ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ?

@_Adrian@BTCtreasuries@saylor@TNorth Thank you for the context . Indeed Jack Mallers’ point (0% converts vs. ~11.5% perpetuals) is mostly wrong and probably misleading. as Grokkie puts it , there was no evidence of "running out" of options….
@deathcab@second_epoch Unfortunately and to my knowledge , custodians will actually charge the 30% withholding tax upfront and wait for the full year audited financials to process the reclassification into ROC. Overwithheld then reimbursed !

@dgt10011@HRF This is a great validation for Bitcoin and for the work that @HRF and @Gladstein do. Reading some of the moronic replies below unfortunately not so great….
