I am an adult social work student who will be graduating in May with my BSW. I have worked in the field of geriatrics for 17 years.

@SW_NM_Advocate Agree!

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

I have learned a lot politically over the past couple of years, between classes and the current administration. Was glad to see Joe Biden was in my town of Pittsburgh today!

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

@MandiWarrenSW @StaceyFontaine3 How sweet Mandi!

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

@StaceyFontaine3 @MandiWarrenSW You could very well end up adopting and finding out you are pregnant!

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

@StaceyFontaine3 @MandiWarrenSW @SW_NM_Advocate opposite ends of the spectrum!

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

I only wish the adoption process was not so expensive. I know people who would make great parents but cannot afford the legal fees involved

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

@SW_NM_Advocate @StaceyFontaine3 I have worked with older adults for 18 years It is very rewarding and sometimes frustrating.

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

@JamieBeedle2 That's really good to hear. It sounds as if violence against women is being taken seriously!

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

@StaceyFontaine3 The aging population is ever changing since we are living so much longer so we really need to keep up and change with it!

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

@crites_tiffany @StaceyFontaine3 I'm sorry to hear this Tiffany, but glad that you are choosing to forge ahead an use your bad experience for good Can't keep a good woman down!

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

@JamieBeedle2 I referenced violence against women in the paper I wrote on gun violence and policies. Hopefully new legislation will help as it calls for guns to be removed from those who have a PFA against them

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

@MandiWarrenSW @Jennife38738348 I see homeless people daily on the side of the road asking for money. It's really heartbreaking. The ages vary, from kids to older adults.

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

It appears as if POTUS is not coming out of the Muller report as "squeaky clean" as he led us to believe that he would!

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

@SW_NM_Advocate @GlobalFundWomen I agree Nancy, overall health care is unfair in my opinion! Health care should be a right, not a luxury!

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

So sad.

[Hillary Clinton @HillaryClinton]

My heart goes out to Paris. Notre Dame is a symbol of our ability as human beings to unite for a higher purpose—to build breathtaking spaces for worship that no one person could have built on their own. I wish France strength and shared purpose as they grieve and rebuild.

[ChristineBSW19 @Bsw19Christine]

The report, the whole original report! Anything less is unacceptable to the American public!

[Adam Schiff @AdamSchiff]

Instead of releasing the full Mueller report, Trump’s hand-picked attorney general Bill Barr chose to release his own 4-page summary -- that’s not transparency or accountability. Add your name alongside mine to call on Attorney General Barr to make the Mueller report public.

So sad!
