马斯克 600 亿强吃 Cursor，为什么最难受的是 Sam Altman？法庭对峙前夜，看懂这场蓄谋已久的商业狙击！

2026 年 4 月 21 日，SpaceX 宣布以 600 亿美元的惊天代价收购 AI 编程巨头 Cursor。消息一出，整个硅谷沸腾，但作为圈内绝对顶流的 Sam Altman，却陷入了死一般的沉默。

他有绝对充分的理由沉默。因为这笔表面上看起来是“科技狂人豪掷千金”的并购案，实际上是一场针对他的精���心理绞杀，更包裹着马斯克极度冷血的弱势防守、算力租赁局与万亿 IPO 托底算盘。

剥开公关稿的狂欢，我们来拆解这 600 亿美元背后的四层隐秘真相。

1、杀人诛心的 600 亿：法庭前夜的精准狙击
要理解 Altman 的难受，得先把时间线拉回 3 年前。

当初，正是 Altman 拍板，用 OpenAI 的名义领投了 Cursor 仅仅 800 万美元的种子轮。后来看着 Cursor 彻底爆发，Altman 试图直接买下这家公司，结果被创始人无情拒绝，只能退而求其次，花 30 亿美元买了它的竞品 Windsurf。

而现在，就在他和马斯克要在加州奥克兰法庭上对簿公堂的 6 天前，马斯克直接砸出 600 亿，以当年 20 倍的价格，一把��走了 Altman 曾经最想要、却得不到的“猎物”。

这笔账 Altman 算得很清楚：3 年前种下的种子，今天变成了死对头手里价值 600 亿的重型武器。在开庭前夜打出这张牌，马斯克的这招商业狙击，可谓杀人诛心。

2、撕开算力遮羞布：xAI 根本不是强者
很多人以为，这是马斯克算力帝国的又一次强势扩张。错，xAI 现在其实非常虚弱，这笔收购纯粹是在“买药续命”。

外界只看到 xAI 拥有全球最大的 Colossus 超算中心和 10 万张英伟达 H100 显卡。但一份泄露的内部备忘录彻底揭开了底裤：xAI 的算力利用率（MFU）只有可怜的 11%，而行业平均水平是 35%-45%。

这意味着什么？意味着那 10 万张天价显卡里，有六成���上都在无聊地“空转”。

更糟的是，xAI 的 11 位联合创始人已经全部离职，核心项目停滞。马斯克花天价买下 Cursor，根本不是什么顺手为之的扩张，而是为了给这台严重怠速、空转烧钱的算力巨兽，硬塞一个足够大、足够赚钱的商业负载。

Perpification（永续化） 是 2026 年 RWA 领域的一个重要趋势，意思是：越来越多的真实世界资产（RWA），即使原本不适合或不方便做传统永续合约��也会通过“合成永续合约”（synthetic perpetuals）的方式，提供杠杆交易和价格暴露，而不需要把底层资产真正完整 token 化并上链持有。
具体解释：

1. Perpification 的核心意思：传统 Tokenization（代币化）：把真实资产（如股票、债券、国债、房地产）直接做成链上 token，用户真正“拥有”它。
Perpification（永续化）：不一定需要把真实资产搬上链，而是通过 oracle 价格喂价 + 永续合约机制，让用户直接交易该资产的合成杠杆版本（类似股票指数 Perp、黄金 Perp、石油 Perp 等）。
优势：实现 24/7 全天候交易、高杠杆、更深的流动性，且实施起来往往比完整 tokenization 更简单、更快。

2. 不是所有“不适合做 Perp”的资产都会强制转化：适合的资产（波动性较大、零售需求高）：如 代币化股票（xStocks）、商品（黄金、白银、石油）、新兴市场股票、指数等，会大力 perpification。这些已经是 2026 年增长最快的部分。
不太适合的资产（低波动、偏收益型）：如 US Treasuries（美国国债）、私人信贷（Private Credit）、大部分房地产等，主要还是以 yield（收益持有） + 抵押品 形式存在，不会大规模做高杠杆 Perp（因为价格波动太小，杠杆需求低）。
趋势是：“Perpification of Everything”（一切永续化），但重点在于那些有投机/杠杆需求的资产类别，而不是把所有 RWA 都强行做成 Perp。
