Sources: The #Chiefs are trading OT Wanya Morris and a 7th-round pick in 2027 to the #Falcons for a 6th-round pick in 2027.
Kansas City and Morris worked together to find him a new team.
OG Anunoby! Brunson pulls two defenders, leaves OG open for a drive to the basket and a tip-in. What a game for OG, a true masterpiece from him tonight!
Spurs just not ready for the moment. Your PG in De'Aaron Fox chokes under pressure, becomes a turnover machine. Somehow your star player in Wemby and Fox cannot get on the same page in crunch time. Then you let Brunson get hot.
You see the same script unfold with the Spurs.
@Pwneill@stillnothawkize During the Final Four, after Iowa beat South Carolina I said, “Boston who?” to which someone told me “You’re disgusting, you should not put other athletes down, you should be lifting everyone up…”
The Chiefs and OT Wanya Morris have agreed to explore trade options, per sources.
Morris, who has 16 starts in three seasons (11 in 2024), would like the chance to play more and Kansas City has tackle depth.
Not really impressed with the move. Will bring insurance depth and mentorship, but I’d rather allocate those $’s elsewhere (Cam Jordan) or someone that’s been productive the previous two seasons.
However, if the Chiefs are done restructuring contracts, this is cheap for depth.
Big money coming Mansoor Delane’s way. Lots of pressure on the young man, but he’s in good hands with Spags.
Chiefs officially have everyone from this years’ rookie class locked up.
The #Chiefs and No. 6 overall pick LSU CB Mansoor Delane have agreed to terms on his four-year $41.9M fully guaranteed rookie deal and he’ll sign imminently.
Delane’s deal was done by Travis Allen and Kyle McCarthy of @AthletesFirst.
First-round pick Peter Woods and the Chiefs reached agreement today on a 4-year, $18 million fully guaranteed deal, per Adie von Gontard and Ray Haija of @ymapaasports. Woods is said to have received the highest upfront percentage of his signing bonus in Chiefs’ 1st-round history.
Can the Chiefs bring in Cam Jordan or any veteran WR (Diggs or Allen) instead of L’Jarius “Cooked Knees” Sneed.
Team friendly or not, such a waste. More glaring issues right now in my eyes, and Sneed doesn’t fix anything.
#Breaking: Chiefs WR Rashee Rice violated his probation after testing positive for marijuana.
Rice has been ordered to serve 30 days in jail, meaning he will miss #Chiefs OTAs & Mandatory Mini-Camp.
@KSHB41 is working to learn more.
