If you diagnose a patient with potentially fatal disease that has a high familial inheritance, make sure you tell them to tell their family to secure life insurance before getting screened and leaving a medical trail of evidence. It’s the right thing to do.

@LovelyT_31 @DiaryofaSickGrl I worked with several rheums and every single one had the same attitude toward hypermobility and EDS... they hate us and don't want us in the practice. Not to say it's ALL rheumies but in the several large practices I worked at they all had this attitude. I'd try a physiatrist.

Yesterday, I tweeted that the mask mandate on US airplane flights should not end on April 18th. Here is why. I measured CO2 on airplane flights. On boarding and exiting CO2 levels are 2,200 to 2,400ppm. This means 4-5% of the air you breathe comes from somebody else’s lungs.
