@recursive_void@Tintin04110411@CowGames579@yosoymario91 I just finished 14 month gaining phase. Went from 90kg to 110kg (Not saying you should do that, just a reference point). Ditch the BB. Switch to incline DB / machines as BB doesn't work for everyone. Keep pushing weight until 15-20% bf, cut it off and start again.
@recursive_void@Tintin04110411@CowGames579@yosoymario91 Upper / Lower / Rest. You should be consistent. Bodyweight should be increasing. Lifts should be increasing. 14 months is AT LEAST 112 chest sessions, if you're not growing / progressively overloading you're missing a very simple element.
@seemeohan It's not just manipulators. You find an edge / market inefficiency / misspricing etc, others then find it and fill quicker and thus your strat suffers. It's a constant push and pull.
