#Kuki Inpi Jiribam, Tamenglong and Noney condemned the #NSCN-IM attack on #Leikot Kuki Village, urging an impartial investigation, stronger security, justice for victims, and protection of vulnerable civilians from future attacks. @Kuki_Inpi@YKhemchandSingh@LokBhavManipur
NSCN(IM) is no longer seen as a force for peace but as a symbol of instability and parallel power structures in #NortheastIndia. Strong action against such activities is essential for the region's security and development. #NSCNIM#RegionalSecurity#NortheastIndia#Manipur#Peace
The double standards are glaring. When COTU calls a bandh, it's met with force and suppression. When UNC and Meitei do the same, there's little or no opposition. Why this selective enforcement? Equal laws must apply to all. Silence is complicity.
@YKhemchandSingh@NBirenSingh
They (Naga) never miss an opportunity to call themselves a peace-loving community, but when the masks come off, the reality looks very different. Peace isn’t proven by slogans, speeches, or carefully crafted narratives, it’s proven by actions. And these actions speak louder than any claim they make. While presenting themselves as champions of harmony, they were busy preparing for confrontation. The gap between their words and their conduct is impossible to ignore.
The irony is hard to miss. Those who demand to be judged by their intentions should first explain their actions. You can repeat the word “peace” a thousand times, but it loses all meaning when your behavior tells a completely different story. In the end, people won’t remember the claims, they’ll remember what was done. Actions don’t lie, and neither does the truth they reveal.

Can peace truly be achieved in
Manipur by carrying out strong
operations only in Kuki jurisdictions?
Stop the Harassment, Intimidation and Terrorisation of Kuki Civilians in the Name of Search and Cordon Operations
@crpfindia@official_dgar@HMOIndia@YKhemchandSingh
The Kuki community strongly condemns the actions of COBRA and other security forces against peaceful Kuki civilian protestors in the Leilon Vaiphei area. It is unacceptable that civilians raising concerns over security operations were met with force while exercising their democratic and constitutional right to protest.
The people of Kuki ancestral villages have repeatedly raised concerns regarding security operations focused on Kuki areas while serious allegations involving NSCN-IM, NSCN (Eastern Flank), ZUF-Kamson, Shan National Army elements, and Myanmar junta-linked armed groups operating along the India–Myanmar border remain unaddressed. These allegations, including reports of attacks on villages, killings of innocent civilians, the deaths of three Kuki pastors, arson, and displacement, must be investigated thoroughly and impartially by the Government of India and concerned security agencies.
We demand justice for the three Kuki pastors and all innocent civilians who lost their lives. Those responsible for killings, attacks on villages, destruction of homes, and violence against civilians must be identified, arrested, and prosecuted in accordance with the law.
We further demand the immediate opening and protection of the National Highway connecting Senapati District and Kangpokpi District. The free movement of food, medicine, essential commodities, students, patients, and civilians must be guaranteed without obstruction.
The Kuki community seeks justice, security, equal protection, and impartial enforcement of the law. Security forces must act fairly and address every threat to civilian lives without discrimination.
Justice for the victims. Security for all. Equal protection under the Constitution.

Manipur: Destroying livelihoods in the name of security only deepens divisions. Why were there no combing operations in Konsakhul after the shooting, yet punitive raids in Leillon Vaiphei? The public deserves answers and accountability.
Three kuki individuals injured while their village came under heavy attack frm IM & ZUF(K) were taken to RIMS by Central forces and the reaction that follows show #Imphal is still the valley of death for us.
#KukiZo needs another state capital for survival.

~State-sponsored COBRA appears to have unleashed its first venom upon the Kuki people soon after its deployment in Manipur. Henglep area is by no means a disturbed areas that warrants such an operation by central forces.
Is this what the so-called COBRA has been sent to Manipur to carry out fake encounters against the Kuki community while conveniently ignoring areas plagued by insurgent and secessionist activities? Is this not an act of cowardice? Why display your sharp teeth against the wrong people and portray yourselves as brave experts in jungle warfare and guerrilla tactics?
Why not deploy to Ukhrul, Kamjong, Tamenglong, and to the disturbed areas of the Imphal Valley, which have long been infested with various militant and secessionist groups? Why target those who are comparatively harmless for the CF? Is this an attempt to project strength and bravery by victimizing the vulnerable.
No force entrusted with upholding the law should ever abuse its authority or turn its weapons against the harmless individual. Selective displays of force against vulnerable communities do not reflect courage; they expose moral bankruptcy and cowardice. True bravery lies in confronting genuine threats, not in intimidating those who are least able to defend themselves.
The Kuki people deserve justice, accountability, and equal protection under the law-not fear, intimidation, or the specter of extrajudicial violence.

Bombing mars Kangpokpi funeral; three youths hurt, Kuki Inpi blames NSCN-IM, ZUF-K
A dawn bombing in Leilon Munlui village wounded three youths — Genlenmang Vaiphei, 15, Paogoulal Chongloi, 18, and Lunliandaw Vaiphei, 20 — as thousands buried Lasan-Langka victim Jangngam Hangshing in Kangpokpi Monday. Kuki Inpi Manipur accused NSCN-IM and ZUF-K of targeting mourners, calling it “an act of terror.” The injured were rushed to Imphal amid hospital safety fears. KIM demanded arrests, an independent probe, and secure medical access, warning that inaction deepens distrust as shutdowns paralyze the district.
